I accidentally purchased the wrong special as they were running two at same time. Ended up purchasing both. There was only one deal per household. But,  as it was an accident to purchase wrong one first they were great to honor both as a one time thing which I really appreciated.  
They came when they said they would, were great to work with, did what they said they would do.

Setting up the appointment::
I first used Tyto for window cleaning from a special. The team did a great job and I was very impressed and I asked the guys what else they did. I learnt that they also did sprinkler work. This was last year. So I asked them to call me this year in spring to set up an appointment. They did call me and we set up some time.
The Work:
The guys came and gave me an estimate of the work that needed to be done. I thought the price was very reasonable.
In all, I had Tyto install drip systems in 4 vegetable garden areas that previously had valves but no lines. They also installed controller valves and a filter to control the pressure on the newly installed system. In addition, they installed a water outlet for my hose in one corner of the front yard for easier access.
I am very happy with the work Tyto did. I have seen reviews before that were not exactly glowing but the sprinkler team from Tyto did great and I will definitely give them more business in the future.

Over all Tyto did the job they promised but they had extremely poor communication. I called Tyto on Monday morning to arrange for someone to come out and get rid of the raccoon that recently began living in my chimney. Tyto came very highly recommended. Aaron along with someone he was training arrived early on Tuesday evening. They inspected the chimney and poured a non-toxic chemical in the chimney that would deter the raccoon. Aaron explained that he would be back the next day to set a trap in the backyard and would have the chimney cleaner contact me to set up a time of when he could come out. Wednesday I did not hear from Aaron, the chimney cleaner, nor did a trap appear in my back yard. Thursday morning I called and left a voicemail checking to see the status of the chimney cleaner and trap. Aaron promptly called me back and apologized about not setting up the trap the day before. He stated he would be out that day (Thursday) to put the trap in the back yard. He also asked if I had ever spoken to the chimney cleaner and when I told him no he said he would make sure that he would have him call me. I explained that Friday would be the best day for the chimney cleaner as someone would be home that day however would like to know what time to expect him. Thursday the trap appeared but never heard from Aaron or the chimney cleaner. Friday morning my husband called Tyto and left a voicemail. It took two more calls to finally figure out when the chimney cleaner would arrive. The chimney ended up arriving an hour late. Aaron arrived on Friday afternoon to collect payment. We were not happy about paying before the job was completed nor were we pleased that we have yet to receive an invoice. When I stated my frustrations about the lack of timely communication, Aaron explained that he has been busy with a large marketing project involving billboards and radio ads. Over all the experience was disappointing and don't think I would use them again. They did complete the job but felt that I had to continually call in order to make sure it was completed. With the upcoming marketing project I can't imagine them being able to take care of more customers when they did not do a very good job of taking of this one.

We've only used the company once so far, but we were very pleased that they showed up when they said they would and then did a very thorough pest spraying. On the first visit they spray inside the house and out, and they said that after that, they only spray outside. We paid extra to have them spray some of the areas around the yard and fence, since we had a lot of spiders. The guy took his time going through and around our house and even pulled down a wasp nest. He had a broom to knock down spider webs, too. We are going to do the quarterly treatments with them. We saw a lot of dead spiders afterwards, so we know it is working.
