I was very disappointed with them. He really did nothing. We had asked him to come out because we had some drains that were draining very slowly. He just turned the water on and said they were going fast enough for him. He didn't do anything. I was very disappointed. The plumber was very, very friendly and a nice guy. I fixed the drain myself. I used my home warranty so I think it paid $59. I don't even know what his price was. He showed up an hour early, which frustrated me. Better early than late, I guess.

I know things don't always go the way they should with scheduling, but Gregg was incredible. He gave me a time, followed up throughout the day, and arrived when he said he would. He was able to ascertain the issues within a few minutes and had options for me before he left. He finished the job perfectly.

We had a leaking toilet (high pressure) one, the plumber verified the toilet was not working, he filed the claim to the insurance and he took care of all the paper work. He came back the house 1 week later and installed the new toilet. In the process, he found the previous toilet had not been installed propertly. He did all the necessary fixes to have the new toilet up to code.

This is the 2nd time that Greg has provided plumbing service for us. He was initially referred to us by a family member. The handle to our shower broke off while the water was on. We had to shut off water to the whole house. It was 10:00 p.m. on a Saturday night, he was there within the hour. After he fixed the shower, he asked if there was anything else he could look at for us because we were charged for a whole hour. So my husband took him downstairs to look at the water heater and reserve tank. He explained to my husband how to fix the problem with out having to pay him to come back. He didn't leave til after midnight. Very nice, professional and honest. We will defiantly call him again!

Gregg was so helpful, discovered the leak from the drain on the hot water heater, also discovered the issue with our poor water pressure and replaced the valve while he was here. He also gave us good ideas and bid on the bathroom remodel as well as referrals of contractors to the do work. I anticipate using Gregg to perform the required plumbing on the bathroom remodel.

Triton came in pulled the toilet off the floor and found the flange was not anchored to the floor properly. He got a new flange, reanchored it. Put in a new wax ring and then resecured the toilet to the floor. After resecuring the toilet he noticed a couple of other things that needed repaired and I gave him the go ahead to fix the couple of other things. He replace the handle and the flapper and made sure that the flapper was properly adjusted with the chain. Overall I was impressed with this company's professionalism.

Went very well. I am currently in Boston and arranged this work over the phone. The work went exactly as planned and roots were not a problem (no surcharge). Sprinkler guy found everything as expected. This was a success story for me, given my distance away and 2 time zones apart. Two local relatives both told me that price was very reasonable, particularly for a job near the base of a very large tree.

He did a great job. There was actually a miscommunication between him and a subcontractor. He stayed longer than he needed to make sure the work was done right. He really cared about the quality of the work, and it shows. His front end assessment was very thorough, and the estimate was accurate and affordable. His bid came in under his competitors, and there was no sacrifice of quality for the price. As a single woman, I felt comfortable with his integrity in working with him.
