Trailside Pro Dry Cleaners

Each of my shirts came back with small pieces of blue lint and even some small hair.  The lint left colored/dyed marks on the shirts when I removed it. It seems obvious that Trailside is not very careful about keeping garments separate during the cleaning process, and they didn't both checking to make sure they were clean before going out. In addition, the ironing on my shirts was worse than I do myself (which is not great) - the sleeves look like they were barely touched and I'm not convinced they used any starch at all.
My wife was almost in tears when she put on her skirt and realized what a careless job had been done. It was still wrinkley in places and they had ironed in pleat lines where there were no pleats. The skirt was all she had to wear that day so she lived with it, but we would have taken it somewhere else immediately if we had the time. It seems like this business is pourly managed and the help is not motivated to provide a top-quality service.
