Tom was referred to us by a friend who had used him when purchasing a home. He has been a realtor in the Salt Lake valley for 20+ years and knew immediately that he was going to take great care of us. He explained every step of the house buying process up-front, and made sure that we were constantly updated on what he was working on. Within about 3 weeks, we found our home, and he was able to negotiate a very good price for the property. He has great negotiation skills and will do his very best to take care of his clients. He helped us through the appraisal, inspection, and loan processes and the deal went off without a single problem. You can't ask for a better advocate in a real estate transaction!
