Very professional. On time and did a great job. Informed me of all that was being done and what was found. Since we were worried about termites it was a relief to have had them come and check things out.

We had just moved into a rental house and wanted to get all the spiders OUT. I called Tirc after looking through Angie's List, and they made an appointment for the next week. (Spider season keeps them busy!) They arrived exactly when they said they would.
The operator asked where we had seen spiders and then proceeded to spray all the baseboards, nooks, and crannies throughout the house (with extra attention to the areas we had pointed out). He then sprayed the exterior. When he finished, he said if we have any more problems, to call them back and he would return and spray again until all the spiders are gone.
In fact, a week-and-a-half later, we called for a second spray and he returned and sprayed again without charging us. Spiders are all gone now. :)

We called Lynn Draper, who was recommended by our real estate agent, to look at the garage of the home that my husband and I were looking to purchase. Our home inspector reported that the garage was not in great shape, and that we should have a structural engineer take a look at it and make recommendations. I called Lynn's office, and was able to make an appointment within the same week. Lynn arrived on time, made numerous careful measurements and observations, and answered all of our questions. He provided a certified and detailed letter the following day that thoroughly and clearly explained his observations and recommendations for improvement. With this letter, we were able to successfully negotiate a lower price on the house, due to the condition of the garage.

THE SERVICE MAN SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT WHEN I QUIZED HIM ABOUT ANTS, WINTER, WHERE THE ANTS WERE LIVING, HOW TO GET RID OF THEM, ETC.

They are very reasonably priced. They are very thorough and friendly. He uses a safe spray that is ok for humans and pets.

The exterminator was on time and after asking me a few questions, he got to work. He performed the work quickly and professionally. This is the second time I have used this company and had a great experience both times. I like that their products are safe for pets and kids. My dogs were back playing in the yard after 30 minutes.

I have been using TIRC for several years now. We were having a huge problem with lots of large spiders, especially in our basement. I had searched for a long time for an exterminator who was honest and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need or "protection packages", who was fair in price and most importantly, was effective. A friend recommended Lynn and I have been very happy with his services. He is punctual, efficient, fast and friendly. He explained that our large ivy patch in our back yard was most likely the breeding ground for these spiders. He sprayed our entire house, the perimeter of our house outside, and then sprayed the ivy patch as well. We were thrilled that winter when we didn't see a single spider in our basement! He has come back twice a year since then and we continue to be pleased with his services.

They are nice and courteous when they are there working. When they are going to be late, they will call and tell me that they will be there soon. They usually show up on time.

We just moved into our house and we noticed ants in the basement and main floor. I called an they were able to come the same week. The technician was able to come earlier and called to ask if that would work for me and it was actually a better time than my original appointment. The technician was very polite and sprayed inside and out for ants. I have not seen any ants since their service and would use them again.

The appointment maker was friendly and helpful. The exterminator came the same week that I called. He sprayed inside and outside the house for insects and spiders. There was no odor, he was fast and efficient. I used to have lots of ants and big brown spiders. I've seen 2 spiders (now 5 months later) and they looked like they were dying (didn't run) so I think it is still working. I have 2 cats and neither was bothered. I will have them come back next year.

Tech was on time and did a wonderful job.

TIRC is affordable, they do not charge a set up fee like most companies. It is a family owned business and were very friendly to work with. I did not have to worry about my family because the chemicals that they use are safe.
