All things considered, it went pretty well the biggest hold up was when we found the need for a whole new line.
Then getting it all finished and filled in. 
But overall the work was done and we would consider using them in the future.

Brett called beforehand to get details so he could get the right parts and then gave an approximate arrival time. He was on time, ready to go. The workmanship is top notch, response to my problems was exactly what I needed. The leaky valves were replaced and care was taken to clean up and ensure that everything was working before he left. This is my second service call to Terry's Plumbing and I highly recommend them if you need a reliable and quality plumber.

Terry is always friendly and accommodating. He knows me by name and is very conscious of my busy schedule. I've called him before for a flood in my basement from an old water heater, and he was very responsive and quick to get to my home. His crew is also very friendly. They make conversation but get their work done in a very timely fashion. I trust them in my home without my being here. Good guys, good work ethic.

I had a puddle of water around my water heater in the basement. When I called to make the appointment I inquired about tankless water heaters since I thought mine would need to be replaced. They discovered a different and much less expensive problem, made the repairs, and didn't try to sell me anything. I really appreciate a company I can trust. Thank you Terry's Plumbing!

I was very satisfied with them. They were close and they were run by an owner-operator. They seemed to be competent. They were fine. They were great. I will use them again.

It works fine now. The only complaint I have about them is, answering the phone, I call them and they'll either be busy or they will hang up on you. When I asked him about it, he said he's got a new phone and he doesn't know how to use it. They have two numbers, sometimes I get somebody and sometimes I wouldn't. They did a good job as far as their work goes and the workers were okay. It was not like the budget plumbing people that are really good. These people were nice but they just didn't seem quite as refined. Their price was fine.

This problem had been addressed by another plumbing company in 4 service calls from mid-June to mid-August. However, they were unable to fix the problem. Terry fixed the problem in one day. He did a more thorough job of cleaning out the holding tank, so the motor wouldn't suck up debris, preventing it from shutting off. The pump has been working fine and shutting off since he fixed it on August 25.

Seemed a little pricey and the provider spent a lot of time waiting for parts to be delivered. We had to pay for that time too.

They will be coming back to do some finish work later. We've been very happy with them. They did a phenomenal job. They matched a competitors price. We had a ton of questions, and they answered all of them.

We were very pleased with the entire crew and their work ethic. They were pleasant to work with and very professional. They were all friendly and polite with us and with each other which we appreciated. They also cleaned up their messes.
