Beware! Terminix extends your agreed upon contract without your consent. I agreed to a 6 month contract, only to have my credit card charged after the 6 months. I complained without any satisfaction. Find someone you can trust. Not Terminix!

I have been with them for many years. The price is very competitive. Usually if I need them for an additional service they come out within a day or two. They are usually here when they say they will be in the timeframe. The technicians that service us have been very good.

After about 12 years using Terminix, I finally decided it was just getting too expensive. When I first signed up, the cost was about $80/ quarter. Over the years the cost has steadily risen (I do understand that prices are rising on everything). But my husband and I are on Social Security now and it's just too expensive for us. Also, the service usually takes about 5 minutes. And if I'm not home, they just spray the outside. I have to call them to come to do the inside of the home. Quite often they have shown up without letting me know in advance. That can be inconvenient. I have appreciated having them come over the years, but it's now a luxury I can't afford.

We had a great relationship with Terminix at one point, mainly because of the service technician. She was knowledgeable, competent and considerate of our time. Terminix let this technician go and the service went down hill from there. We used their online scheduling to make sure that we were home when the service was done because of our dogs. The technician was never on time and often did not show up at all, without a phone call and explanation. We then tried to call and schedule and it got worst. After the fourth time we called Terminix and told them we were discontinuing the service. They still kept sending up a technician to do the service. They sent a tech up once when we were not home and did a service and left a bill and I refused to pay.

We are happy with the service. Their prices have gone up a lot in the last few years. We have used them for 9 or 10 years. They come every 3 months. If we have a problem they will come back at not charge. They do everything that I ask them to do. Sometimes they don't make appointments and just show up.

It was ok. I have a yearly contract. They bought the company I was with and I stayed with them. They are sometimes not very responsive.

It's always very good. They are good at coming back out if you see a spider in the house. The price is reasonable.
