After our meeting we showed him our equipment and contracts, specs of the equipment etc. He went to work looking through things. We had an immediate problem come up right away, and after he tackled that he had a clear understanding of the systems currently in place, their lack of response and ideas to incorporate.
Tech Guy (Jeff and workers) have helped us immensely. We have added a few pieces and updated parts, and built a new operating system that is highly functional, up to date, being backed up, monitored both remotely and in the office.
(The 24 hour monitoring is a monthly rate)
We got our money's worth and peace of mind. He is responsive, thorough, and not out to sell us anything we don't understand, or at a price we cannot afford. And we've not had to sign ANY contract.
"It has been a pleasure working with you. We look forward to continuing our relationship with you."
"We are shocked by your accusations and the unfounded allegations you have made toward this company, myself, and Grace personally. As I explained in a previous response: "The TV does work and is a great TV but what does not work is the Comcast device, [which] will not allow you to split the signal to this location." You must pay Comcast for another box if you would like it to work that way, and this was explained to your wife and verified by your daughter over the phone. Regarding Grace, not Gracie, she has not been involved in complicit (illegal) doings, but has tried to assist you in figuring out this issue. The defamatory remark against Grace was uncalled for, immature, and overall...unprofessional.  Regarding contacting us "various times" and "would not give me email or fax number", we only received ONE phone call from you where we were instantly accused of double charging and being complicit, when in fact we didn't understand what you were referring to. We were not given a chance to defend our self against the accusatory remarks. The only email we received, which we requested from you, was a statement showing the "supposed" double charge. Our company ONLY has one supplier name, and we contacted our merchant about the "supposed" double charge. They confirmed that it was not us; that you were in fact ONLY charged once by us for the work we did for you. Therefore, there must have been a charge made by another company according to the statement you emailed us. In good faith we listened to you, tried to work things out with you (despite the allegations made against us), and even gave you the benefit of the doubt that you were not trying to scam us out of money.  We are sorry you feel that you have somehow been taken advantage of, but this issue could have been cleared up if we had been told of the issue, and we ALL worked together, rather than accusing us instantly for double charging and complicit acts at the very beginning of this situation."
"Sorry to see you give me a review like this considering the amount of work and the lack of value placed on what was done. First off we installed wireless devices though out the home that makes it possible to always receive the best possible signal a person can receive and this was the primary objective when we first met which was completed and exceeded. 2nd this was done with zero wiring that was useable in the house to locate these devices in the maxim locations so all of this was done with the devices we spoke about that would allow the sign to be used over the power lines. 3rd - The TV does work and is a great TV but what does not work is the comcast device that will not allow you to split the signal to this location and this was explained. All prices were discussed before I came back to do the job but I can see a flaw that you helped me with that will be corrected in the future, I will make sure to give a written estimate before proceeding. In this case and many other cases there are a lot of prices discussed and it makes it hard to know the final bill."
Jeff showed up on time to do the work, was professional, courteous, and did a marvelous job. Work was completed as promised! I am so happy with his service, and will not hesitate to use him again as the need arises.
I had previously used one of the big box stores computer services, with the requirement that payment be made in advance. As it turned out, the work was unable to be completed as promised due to the fact that the service tech did not know how to make it work....NO refund! NO personal service! Talk about getting ripped off!
I'm counting on Jeff being around for a long time.
