It went quite well. Tavake's workers were very hard working and the job was completed very efficiently. My friend is an experienced contractor and supervised everything. I'm not sure things would have worked out so well if he had not been around.

Do talk a lot with drawings to show what you want, start with a list of each thing you have in mind for the job, decide on a payment schedule. These ideas will make everything go smoothly but even if there is a misunderstanding he is more than willing to work with you for the best customer satisfaction. Don't expect that everything you think about the project will be clear if you do not write it down or talk it over, don't expect a great deal of fancy machinery to do the job - most of the work will be done the old fashioned way with hand tools and careful professional work.

Tauke is a very hard worker. He was working several jobs at the same time which made my large project take longer, but it turned out satisfactory. He cleaned up each day.
