Pool and Spa Servicing
I called Swim Clean to help me with a pool problem. Due to my travel schedule, I booked for a technician to meet me in two weeks, on a Thursday at 10:30 AM. As I left work to meet him, I called to confirm our appointment. Good thing I did because I was told that all available technicians were dealing with an emergency job and no one could be sent to meet me (there was no mention as to why someone from the company didn't call ME with this information). We instead booked a 3:30 PM appointment for the next day and was promised that time slot would be no problem. The tech never showed and no phone call to explain why.

Their quick response to my call and how well they did their job. Overall customer service was good. The person I spoke to for an appointment, was experienced and knew what the problem was and the parts I needed, without a technician coming out first.
