We had to replace all the carpet in our basement (previous renters/owners had a cat that left its mark and we had a basement flood soon after we moved in that exacerbated the problem).  We looked for months at different places and were overwhelmed and got little hope.  We walked in here and immediately had someone who spent a great deal of time with us to help us find options that suited what we were looking for at a very good price.  They came in an installed, used some of our own padding that was in good shape to spare additional $ and did a great job.  Kept to their timeline!  We've had the carpet for over a year and love it and have had lots of great compliments on it as well.

I thought the supplier was great but I wasn't real pleased with the guy who did the install. I had to go out and find a piece of equipment him that he was having trouble with. Western did a great job, but just their installer was not prepared and did not do a good job. I wish I hadn't been in such a hurry to get the whole job done, they didn't order enough materials. I had to wait for the final materials to come in and if I hadn't been in such a hurry and if I didn't have things scheduled so closely I would have had him remove some of the flooring that he installed and start over but I couldn't wait. I had other people waiting to come in. We were very happy with the price they got us. They worked through my contractors.

We went to Western Wholesale and were shown several options that were within our budget and would satisfy the look we were going for. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the durability and care of each kind of carpet and then was very creative in helping us figure out how to pad and cover marble stairs to our basement and the landing below.  We were able to get the carpet installed quickly and it looks great (even a year later).

They were very professional. They were low pressure. They helped us get what we wanted and not what they thought we should get. We would definitely use them again.

Found a Karastan carpet in NYC, purchased a home in Sandy,Utah, and wanted this carpet. Names in the East differ than the west. Don researched with Karastan and was able to get me this carpet. I had priced it at RC WILLEY, and two other stores in SLC. They could not even come close to the price Don quoted me. Left deposit, and was in for installation exactly as I was told. And for the exact price. Don measured himself. Installers stayed late until it was 100 percent finished, instead off taking another day. As with other carpet installation I have been involved with, you must be present when you install carpet with a print or pattern. No mistakes on direction. Installer thought we were installing the pattern north to south. I wanted east to west. But by being there, installation was perfect. Don is a pleasure to work with. I wish all my other improvements at my home in Sandy went as EASY. No hard sales speech with Don. Just perfect.  ASK FOR DON!!!!
