I have used them before. I did like the end result because the quality of work was very good. I just wish that at the beginning of the project they would have communicated better with me about what was going on since I was paying for the time to meet up with him and go over the project and what needed to be done. Other than that, they did a great job.

Brian's team is professional and courteous. The estimates were within 90% accuracy. The quality of the work was outstanding. He's a bit more expensive than some of the other quotes we received, however, he was the most thorough and professional through the estimation process so we were more comfortable going with him. There were periods that were a bit frustrating because we couldn't get work scheduled - but I believe this is the case with all contractors in SLC, where there seems to be no shortage of work. In general I highly recommend his services and would use him again.

Brian promised twice to have his subcontractors come to our home to make a bid on our proposed remodeling. The first time he scheduled the meeting, he called a half hour before the scheduled time to say that he had forgotten. The second time he scheduled the meeting he did not show up and did not call.
