Rudy and his crew are straight up studs.  
We found him on Angie's List and he came out the very next day to bid the job.  After meeting the three other stucco contractors that had come out before him, I knew right away that he was going to be the guy we wanted to work on our home.
His bid was very reasonable and we had him put us on the schedule.  He gave us dates by which he would start, and be done.  His crew showed up on time, and even though they were delayed two days by rain, they got the job done on time.  I was impressed that they were able to get it done because we had a very short window to get it all finished.
The guys stayed late to make up for the weather delays and the work they did was outstanding!  They even patched and repaired places that I had tried to do myself…. (Thanks guys, I know my patch jobs looked awful… haha!)
We were so impressed that we are going to have him come back in the Spring and re-stucco our entire home.

It was great.  Rudy gave a bid immediately.  Some of the providers I contacted took two weeks just for the bid.  Rudy was the most reasonable. His estimate was half one of the bids.  He started right away and finished on time.  His crew was friendly and responsive to anything we requested.  And the finished job is absolutely beautiful!!!!

This entire project was a very good experience.  Rudy, the owner was very attentive to details and very easy to work with.  He was always available by phone and supervised the project on a daily basis.  His crew was very professional and their work ethic was excellent.  They arrived on time, usually early, and stayed as late as necessary.  Each day they organized and cleaned up the debris from the days work.  Although we added to the project, it was completed within the time frame agreed upon.
The result is even better than we imagined.

We had a home inspection on a house we wanted to buy.  The inspector included a dire warning that stucco was painted which could prove to be a problem in the future.  I called Rudy for an expert opinion and left a message that I was looking for someone to provide a quote quickly because of deadlines in the purchase contract of the house.  He didn't call me back within a few days.  My wife called separate and left a message and he called her back quickly.  She reported he was really friendly and agreed to go out to look at the house over the weekend and asked us to send the home inspection report .  We didn't hear back over the weekend, so my wife reached out to him.  He said he did go out to the house on Saturday and was sorry he just hadn't had time to respond.  What we really wanted to know was whether the painted stucco could cause breathability/mold/paint failure issues.  He never really commented on that  but instead gave a series of vague verbal quotes on different things that could be done ranging from $6,000 - $18,000.  My wife was confused and asked him to send an email with his recommendations and quotes.  We wanted to make sure that he actually did go out to the house...it seems like his answers were based solely on the inspection report we sent him.  We never got written quotes despite asking a few times.  Meanwhile, the time I had to inspect the home ran out and I was left making a counter offer on the home without any written opinion from an expert.  We had to cross our fingers and move forward with the home purchase (with no purchase price concessions) hoping that the painted stucco is not an issue.  I guess it was nice of him to agree to provide a quote on short-notice, but we never got it in a form we could use, despite asking.

Sun Valley Stucco Repair (Rudy) was the lowest bid of 4 bids. Rudy and his crew replaced all the stucco on the entire large house, which is over 19 years old. The original was improperly applied using a spraying technique. The used a hard coat stucco this time and did the job expertly. The final texture coat pattern was very professional. They even worked well with us scheduling all new windows to be installed. They also had to replace quite a bit of the wall sheeting since it was damaged by moisture. They also repaired some stucco damage on our detached garage at no extra cost. We were very impressed with the quality of work and the professional manner they completed the job. I would highly recommend Sun Valley Stucco for anything from small repairs to large jobs.

Rudy and his team are ROCK STARS. I wish he did more typres of contracting because there is no one else I would use. On time and did perfect work. It was obvious  Rudy has trained his workers in customer service. They were informative each time I had a question. If you don't hire Rudy then you're missing out on the best stucco guy in the state. CInspection Specialists performed two home inspections for us.  The first for a house in which they found substantial damage that was not readily apparent.  We found Cody and Chris to be highly competent, professional, and knowledgeable while explaining the problems to us.  They took great care in their work and were patient explaining technical issues with us.  We asked Inspection Specialists to then inspect a second house for us.  Again, Chris was our inspector and did a fantastic job.  He was prompt, courteous, and VERY thorough in  the inspection and report.  The information was detailed and is allowing us to make informed decisions regarding the property.  I would not hesitate to use their services again!

Rudy is amazing. Super, super customer-service oriented.  Excellent work. Finished sooner than expected.  Showed up every day including holiday and Saturday.  Our job was his number-one priority. His staff was very nice and very professional.  I highly recommend him!  So refreshing to have a contractor who did what he said he was going to do on time and within budget.

He gave me a good priceand was pretty responsive. It may take a day or two, but he will get back to you. Overall, they did a very good job for a good price.

As stated above, it went great and I would hire Rudy and Sunvalley again.  I hired them to begin with becuase of other memebers of Angie's List, and I found their reviews accurate.

Did a really nice resurfacing repair.  Replaced the damaged leak and stucooed it as well.  I would go back to him in a heart beat.  DId it very quickly and cleaned up very nice!!!

They had to match the stucco with the existing stucco on my house and did a terrific match job.  They had to scaffel around my deck in the back yard to reach the upper deck.  I was impressed on how they protected all of my windows and existing stucco.  They were very cautios of any furtniture I had and kept everything clean.  they left no messes for me to pick up.  Rudy was always in contact with me and keeping me informed about he job.  The workers were very nice and polite.  I will definelty keep them in my contact list for any further jobs and refer them to my friends.  Great company to work with!!!!

OK, truth be told, the start was a little rocky, due to some miscommunication.  I called Rudy and he came out promptly.  He sent an estimate to me via email and I took a while to respond while I worked some things out with my roofer.  Actually, I delayed about a month.  Then I emailed Rudy and said that I wanted to start.  He said he couldn't start right away, and then communication broke down for about a week.  Then we reconnected and he made an appointment.
Here's the main thing--he does great work.  I had two different colors of paint and he was meticulous in getting the stucco to match on both of them.  He also did a beautiful job of matching the designed texture, which I thought was going to be difficult.  He had very high standards and did the job well.  He was also extremely pleasant and fun to talk to.I would absolutely hire him again, and would be disappointed to hire anyone else to do my stucco work.

We had a small job so I knew very few contractors would be interested.  I got two estimates.  The Sun Valley Stucco estimate included more materials and labor and had the best price.  The estimate was honest and was exactly in the price range I was expecting (the other company [also on Angie's List] dropped their price twice on the same day without any difference in service so I was leery of their business practice).    Sun Valley Stucco did an excellent job, but I was really impressed after they applied the color and Rudy said that they would tweak the color if needed. After the color coat dried it required a slight color change.  Rudy agreed without any hesitation and put on another color coat that matched the existing color perfectly. Rudy was very honest with me throughout the project.  For such a small job I am really impressed with the results. I felt that it was more important to Rudy that the client be happy and satisfied than making a profit.  That says a lot these days.  I'll gladly use Sun Valley Stucco again if I have other stucco projects.

Rudy and his crew started work the third week in September and were always very professional and courteous.  They put plastic sheeting on the floors and windows and  every day removed the plastic on the floors and cleaned up dust and debris.  They always showed up when they said they would.  Both the atrium and the bedroom walls were finished by the first week in October last year without any delays and they are beautiful.  We had one problem with one of the stucco walls after the first heavy rain storm in February.  I called Rudy and as soon as the weather permitted, the wall was repaired with no problem.  If I have any additional work that needs to bed done I will call them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The job went well start to finish.  The final product was amazing.  The house looks brand new.

The guy did an absolutely incredible job. We recommended him to 4 or 5 other people here in the neighborhood and we’ve got plans for him to come back in the spring to do some other work. Just the fact that he is not pushy and does exactly what he says he is going to do, stand out the most. When he’s finished, he wants you to look at it and be totally satisfied before you talk about paying him.

Rudy was very proactive, gave us lots of samples and ideas. Was quick to share experiences that solves several issues for me. The crew worked long and hard and cleaned up nightly.  Very nice guys.

The results are stunning. It turned out better than we had planned. There is an art to this stuff and they are artists! They arrived promptly every morning as planned, cleaned up every evening, worked long hours. They even masked off the new concrete patio to save it from mortar spills.
