It went smoothly. We live out of state and they were great about being flexible and communicating with the renters directly to arrange a time for service.

Sugar House Glass arrived early for the job. They were professional, kind, and fast. They replaced a large window pane that had been broken. We then asked if they could also replace a smaller pane, which they did, and at a small additional cost.
They did excellent work. Our house was built in the 1920's and has the original windows and frames. They were able to deal with the delicate windows without damaging them at all. The new glass looks great!

They were wonderful. I provided initial photographs and measurements, but they were kind enough to come to the home and develop patterns. They were always punctual and professional. We have had them do similar work for us in the past, as well as shower doors, and they can always be depended on to provide high quality, dependable service. Mario was great to work with!
