Ruth was amazing and literally changed my life for the better! In preparation for a move and renting my house, we had to quickly clear out four rooms (my office, two bathrooms, and my bedroom). The office in particular was so filled with stuff that the room was unusable. I called Ruth and within a few days she made room in her schedule for me and we cleaned out all four rooms and more. Ruth's process is outstanding - she asks you to fill out a questionnaire with your goals, and then she works through your goals in the time allotted. She works extremely FAST - it would have taken me months to de-clutter, sort, throw out, and organize the stuff we went through in just 20 hours. All the while Ruth was cheerful, supportive, smart, and amazingly professional. She comes on time, keeps you on task, helps you make decisions, and leaves with her car full of your stuff and you never have to deal with it again. (She made endless runs to donate clothing, toys, books, electronics, shred paper etc.). We now have more usable space in our home and I can't wait to return to it after our trip. Hands down the best decision I ever made to hire a professional to help me.

It was a game changer. Everything started to change when I finally had the courage to call. I say courage because inviting someone into your home to see and work with your mess and clutter isn’t exactly a comfortable process. Fortunately Ruth made what could have been a very uncomfortable experience a very positive one. I now have worked with Ruth for over two years. We have accomplished, what in my mind, were unbelievable tasks. Ruth is efficient, focused, kind and extremely knowledgeable. At the risk of sounding dramatic, Ruth changed my life. She essentially walked me through a process I couldn’t have done on my own. She taught me tools I continue to use daily to maintain a simpler, more organized home. I am eternally grateful for Ruth’s assistance.

It was an excellent experience. Ruth was working primarily with my husband, who doesn't believe in throwing away any of his electronic gizmos (cables, adapters, all sorts of computer parts, unidentied components of phones, TVs, etc.), or his paperwork. She got him to participate and he's actually pleased with the process and the results. We live about 40 miles away, so there was extra travel time for her, but she accommodated us with a very reasonable travel fee. She's punctual to the minute, very pleasant to work with, and comes prepared with all the boxes, bags, and labels you would ever need to track throw-aways and donations. She has good ideas on how to recycle and where you might like to donate, and actually delivers your stuff to the disposal site. Her car carries an amazing amount of stuff. We liked the fact that she asks you about your goals for the project and whether you want to learn strategies or just get the job done. She's very, very good at what she does and we would recommend her to anyone who thinks they have an insurmountable mess. She can bring order out of anything.

Ruth was super professional and always got everything wrapped up just in time and exactly the way I wanted it.

Update: The in home estimate was $150 and the cost per visit (4 hrs) was about $280.

The value of this service is extremely worth the cost. I was also glad that she accepted most credit cards.

Ruth was really incredible at helping me organize and sort through many years of stuff

I had put off doing anything about. She really strives to listen to what your

specific needs and goals are and works diligently to make sure they are met.

As we walked through my project on her initial visit, she was really great at helping me

gain clarity on what I wanted to accomplish and how we were going to get the job done.

She made it easier than I ever imagined to figure out what was really important to keep

and what I could donate and let go of.

She also made it so easy to have her drive away my donated items and not have to do that

step of the project. She will take your items to whatever location you choose and

then provides you with the tax donation receipt once the items have been delivered.

Ruth even labeled my bins and helped me stack them neatly once the sorting was done.

I would highly recommend using her for any project big or small! She is amazing!!
