Stearn Painting

The contract called for completion by August 15.  They called on the rainy Monday, August 3, asking if they could power wash that day.  Jed arrived and introduced Nick and Mike.  They moved furniture on the patio so they could power wash along the carport. Water got into a plug for the freezer so they hooked up a cord to another plug.  The next day the plug was dry so they plugged the freezer in again.
They started painting on Tuesday, August 4.   I asked that they not work  in the front on Thursday morning because I had company.  Nick arranged his schedule to work in other areas that day.  They did not work Friday because of rain.  Nick worked Saturday and came back on Tuesday the 11th to finish the house and fence.  They cleaned up well.   Jed picked up his ladders and tools on August 12 and met me to pay by check.  He left me the remainder of the white house paint and fence stain.
Nick was exceptional to work with.  He would knock on the door each morning to let me know his plans for the day so I could put the dogs inside in their crates.  He spotted an area on the tar and gravel roof that might need repairs and suggested I call a roofing company at least by next year.  At the end of the day he would also knock to let me know what he had done, ask me to review the work, and tell me he was leaving for the day.
I would definitely use Stearn Painting for any future painting projects.
