The estimator who gave us a proposal was thorough and professional.  The price was not the lowest and not the highest, about in the middle. We are very pleased that we spent the few hundred dollars higher than the lowest bid, because we feel we got a first class job. The work was done on a timely basis, was professionally done, and the care shown for the home and yard during the process was very much appreciated.  They cleaned up any mess they made, and when having to remove old shingles and tar paper, the mess is considerable.  They performed all the services they said they would in the proposal and charged nothing extra.  We had one change we desired in the venting, and they provided the change, which was a slight increase in price at what seemed a very fair price.
