Corrie was prompt, got to work right away. We walked around chatting about my concerns. When she was done she had it looked over to make sure it was what I wanted.
They were a good company to deal with since I had more of a and quot;to-doand quot; list than an all encompassing package clean, which was out of our budget.

I was very, very impressed with them. They did do the corners and edges, and everything was done just perfectly. I haven't used them for quite a while because I lost their phone number. I will call them again. I think there was a bad rating on them. I was just very happy with them.

When I first hired this company in May it was for a bi-weekly service. The first visit was not satisfactory but I was assured it would be taken care of on the next visit. The next couple visits showed improvements, however I noticed that the ladies were frequently late and left early adn seemed to cut corners. For example dusting the surface of my dresser, but not the items on the dresser like the jewelry box. Or wiping around the items on my kitchen counter so you could still see items under or behind my fruit bowl. Soon things were consistenly overlooked and the attention to detail was missing. I had to remind them to clean my shower glass every time and to my utter frustration they would only spot mop my hardwoods. Finally, I was scheduled for a visit on 9/23. When I came home the evening of 9/16 my 8 year old son told me that the cleaner came. I was livid. She came into my home when my son was alone. He should not have answered the door, but we were waiting for his aunt to drop off a package. Obviously because I was not expecting this service, my home was somewhat cluttered. If my son had not told me someone showed up, and my credit card was charged, I would not have known my home was "cleaned". I emailed the owner to let her know of the scheduling mix up and to voice my displeasure in her one employee entering my home with no adult present. I never received any response. Over the 4 months I was a client, I invested approximately $1,000 in this company. I don't think a response to my email or validation of their scheduling mistake is too much to ask.

it went well. The only problem I had is they did not come out and give an estimate. They really need todo this so they can see what you really want done, so they can judge the time right. I knew when one person showed up that they did not understand w'hat i wanted, but for what they did the price was right. but what I really wanted would have taken two people and twice as long.

The company said they were sending two girls, but ony one showed up. She was a very nice girl, but she was young and inexperienced. She worked while she was here, but she only completed about 20% of the overall job. She used a spray bottle and white towels rather than using hot sudsy water. The result was streaked partially cleaned walls. She skipped over the doors and the trim work. She ddn't say anything about the blinds or the light fixtures, and I don't think she had been informed that I wanted those done. I asked her to have her manager call me and reschedule, but I never heard from the manager. It was pretty much a waste of my time and effort.

I was very unhappy with my service. They were late, left early and did a poor job. They also came on a day I did not schedule. For the work that was completed, I felt I was over charged. Plus they increased the price after I had my service. I have my home cleaned every 2 weeks and it is not that dirty. Mostly bathroom cleaning and sweeping and mopping the floors.
