It was great experience from start to finish. Others had told us they could come in about one month but South Valley had a crew out to help us in about one week. First Sean came and gave us a price that was very reasonable. The crew that came to do the work was right on time and very professional and polite. They not only did a great job at the removal and trimming but they also noticed two other trees that needed help and trimmed them for no extra charge. The yard was cleaned up so very well and everything was done quickly. It was a truly good experience. I will most surely have them back when we need more work done. I am so grateful!

The tree was situated in a narrow space between our storage shed and the neighbor's fence, in the back of our lot and behind his house. They had to go in with a crane and lift the cuts over his house to get it out, so it was a pretty expensive procedure. He had to coordinate with me and the owner of the neighboring property, but the scheduling went very smoothly. I was at work when he came, and by the time I got home everything was done and cleaned up. I checked our property and with the neighbors, and everything looked good. He said they had knocked down part of his front fence but came and repaired it promptly when he contacted them about it.
