Our computer needed fixing. Many years ago we had used Software and More and had great success. However, when we called, the number had been disconnected, and there was no forwarding phone number. Although I've heard they've opened a new location, we were unable to find it and even drove to the prior location, which was vacant, to see if there was a new address listed.

I would definitely recommend them. I was able to purchase the parts and have them install it for cheaper than me purchasing the parts and installing it myself because they gave me the operating system for free. So that worked out cheaper. They did well.

I was very pleased with Software & More installing my graphics card. They told me how long it would take, and had it finished when they said it would be. I will definitely do work with them in the future.
