Excellent! Ty was great to work with. The company overall was very responsive and they were very good at communicating throughout the whole process. They offered their professional advice and expertise as well several flexible options and I think we ended up with a better finished product due to their input. We're thrilled with the final product. If you need window film done, you can't find anyone better!

It was fine. There was nothing unexpected. The only reason I wouldn't give them an A is because I worked everything out with their salesman and the people that showed up didn't know anything about the project. I had to go back over with them. They were priced fairly high for the market but they were available and the other people were not.

I have used Simply Cool for several jobs since they opened have have always been very pleased with the results, the latest job was no exception. No problems whatsoever with the installation.
On a previous install I did have one minor problem (which some installers may have argued over) and they fixed it immediately with no questions asked. Fantastic customer services and great to deal with. I'll definitely use them again!

I contacted Simply Cool based on a referral from Personal Touch Window Design. We couldn't have the roller blinds we wanted (too heavy for our concrete ceilings) so decided to try tinting. We were going to get several estimates but were so impressed with the sales guy - and his samples - that we decided within a day to just pull the trigger with no other details.
They came over, showed us several options, held things up to the windows and left us with samples so we could see them in several lighting situations (early, late, etc). We made a choice and ordered.
They were installed just over a week later. The install on 3 large window areas took about 3 hours, and they were great about keeping the place clean, helping move furniture out of the way, and being nice to my dogs.
Great warranty and they were very nice guys.

I bought a new Volkswagen Jetta last summer and by that fall I knew that I would have to get the windows tinted. The black dashboard turned my car into an EasyBake oven that got unbearably hot. This spring I resolved to find a place that would tint my windows with a quality product, and would not give me that bubbled tint look that so many cars end up having.
My search led me to SimplyCool. They exclusively use a highly rated product line called SunTek. When I went to their shop they explained to me the different levels of not just light exposure, but also heat, infared and UV rejection in each level of their products. Due to Utah law the front windshield cannot be tinted, and that was where I needed it the most. But Ty explained that they have a non-tinted film that blocks heat and UV rays, so I ended up getting that too. All in all, they tinted four doors and the back with their top of the line film and did the clear tint on the windshield, with an optional no-fault tint repair guarantee (I have 2 small kids!) for under $500.00.
After driving it for a week I notice a HUGE difference. I wish I had tested the temperature of my car before the tinting so I could compare numbers. But let's just say that last summer I had to open all the windows and run the AC for at least 3 or 4 minutes before I could stand even getting in the car. Now, it's just warm when I get in and it cools off almost instantly once the AC is on. Best money I've spent on a car! The guys at the shop were all very professional and knowledgable. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

My new Subie looks fantastic. I couldn't be happier with the service, the Suntek film (which has a lifetime warranty), and the service and concise instructions upon completion of work.
They tinted seven different car panels in just about 3 hours.
Maybe the best part of this story is when I asked TY where I could get a bite to eat while waiting, and within walking distance, he told me I had to check out Pat's "in your face BBQ". Featured on Food Networks triple D, twice, how could I not walk 10 minutes for some of the best BBQ I've ever had. That's a different review though...but it was an added bennie that they were a 10 minute walk from the shop!

I took my new car to Simply Cool to have the windows tinted and a clear bra applied. They have almost 16 years of experience and really know their stuff. They have tint films available in many shades and at many price points. They know the law, and only install legal films, so I know they're not a shady contractor. I wouldn't trust a new car with just anyone, but both employees were clean cut, professional, courteous and very easy to work with. They explained the process and told me the price before the work started. They also took into account what I wanted as far as the bra (they did the front bumper, hood, headlights, fog lights, mirrors and also a strip on the trunk to protect when loading stuff. Installation was perfect, and my car looks incredible!!

The shop is within walking distance of shopping and TRAX, so instead of waiting around it's easy to go find something to do.

These guys are great to work with. I'm also having them come tint my house before the weather gets too hot.
