Dependability - Jason was on time and pleasant. He explained the process and materials clearly, kept me informed, and didn’t treat me like a dumb female. Attention to detail - Shingle pro met or exceeded every request (gutters, pipes, fans, extra shingles). Crew - Noe’s crew was hard working, managed materials efficiently, and cleaned up daily. They arrived early and were easy to talk to. Quality - Excellent! My new roof improves overall look of home. Shingles are even and straight, corners, valleys and edges look great. Office - Kim kept me informed of scheduling and $.

I would definitely recommend Shingle Pro Roofing. Their attention to detail and professionalism were superior. The finished product was better than anticipated and the workers were extremely professional and courteous. We checked with many roofing companies before hiring Shingle Pro. They were the most professional and honest and made sure we were completely satisfied before requiring payment for the work. Camilo, the main roofer in charge of the work, was easy to work with and very professional. We would give them higher than an A rating if that was available. Very satisfied with the final product.

Very professional company and staff. Staff were polite and kept us apprised of the job daily. Staff cleaned up daily and communicated what time they would return and let me know when they were done for the day. The communication was ideal from start to finish. I have told my family and friends about our positive experience and would gladly hire them again.

This company was very professional from start to finish. Jason's estimate was the most detailed of all the companies I had come in. I also liked that he gave me a price for the normal job and then a "worst case scenario" price in case we needed to replace all the decking since the roof was quite old. That way we wouldn't run into a price shock at the end. Since they were about 2 months out when we got the estimate in August, Kim called every Friday to give us an estimated update on when the job would start. Noah (the crew leader) communicated with me throughout the job and when I had questions, he would ask ask me if I wanted to come up on the roof so he could show me what he was doing, which I appreciated. One of my concerns was a new single inlet swamp cooler that we had installed in the spring and I didn't want it damaged during the job and was also curious how they would shingle under it. One other highly rated company said that they could "work around it". Then three other companies said that it definitely had to be lifted or removed to properly flash and shingle under it. Two of them wanted to charge a pretty steep add-on to do that. Jason said that they do that all the time and it was all part of his estimate. In the end, his crew did a excellent job of dealing with it. Pro Shingle was the highest bid I had out of four companies, but I felt more comfortable with them because I couldn't find a single bad review in Angie's List or other online review sites. In the end, because of the swamp cooler and the decking required (which was half the cost per sheet on some other companies), they actually cost slightly less than two other companies. As other reviewers have said, they might cost a bit more, but they are worth it. Great job overall and nice attention to detail.

So glad I went with this company. Everything was so professional from beginning to end. Very happy customer. Could have saved a little money with someone else but the professionalism and quality were worth EVERY penny! The process was so easy and the work was done in just a few days.

A great company to work with! Jason did a complete estimate and explained everything, the different grades of shingles, venting, the type of flashing used and what work will be preformed. they did a complete tear off of the old roof layers, installed a complete new roof. They use only the highest rated materials, even painted the venting pipes and flashing around them. they cleaned up every day, and when completed, there was absolutely no debris anywhere. Jason and Kim stayed in touch with me through the entire process. This is first class company and people, and I recommend them without any hesitation!

I would highly recommend Shingle Pro to anyone considering re-roofing their house. We were provided with a detailed estimate as well as samples of the materials to be used. We understood that Shingle Pro would be more expensive than other companies, but the reason is due to higher quality materials. The crew was on time every day and worked VERY hard. Shingle Pro also kept in regular contact with us to see if we had any questions or concerns. They are worth the money!

It was wonderful. The workers were courteous, professional, and fast. They started aOn Monday and were done by Thursday. The results were way beyond expectations. Jason, the ownerwas in constant contact and came back to do a final inspection. This company is the BEST! My new roof is gorgeous. Please use this company. You won't t be disappointed.

If you're willing to spend the money to have a job done right with professional results then choose Shingle Pro. Unlike others, Jason (the owner) took the time during the bid to walk the roof with me, listen to my ideas and concerns and offer suggestions and recommendations. He provided copies of his license and liability insurance, showed samples of his products, samples of competitors products and explained the technology behind roofing products and the fine print of warranties. His crew showed up on time, communicated well, and were respectful and professional. We had a gully washer rainstorm in the middle of the job which created some water issues but his crew chief, Noe, showed up late at night and Jason came back the next two days to make sure the issue was resolved. They completed the job as promised with no surprises. The quality of materials and workmanship is excellent. Best roof in the neighborhood.

It isn't an accident that Shingle Pro gets straight-A's... They earn it! They were punctual (they called every few weeks before the job started to keep us up-to-date on the schedule), polite, and cleaned up every evening (including using magnets to pickup any wayward nails in the driveway). The "flashing" (i.e., the metal trim) that they use between the stucco and the shingles is custom made to ensure no water leakage.
The Single Pro bid was competitive, but even if it was 10-20% more I would use them.
They absolutely earn their straight-A rating.

Best roofing experience we could have imagined. Jason is highly experienced. His years of experience with roofing and knowledge of older homes was important to us. We had bids from 3 top listed roofers on Angie's List. We needed our home, garage, patio and car port stripped and re-roofed.
His bid included everything we needed, no surprises. Be aware the other bids had a lot of fine print about the ability to add charges later. We had the same work crew on site from about 8am to about 6:30pm daily. They cleaned up thoroughly every day. Jason was in touch with us throughout the entire process. He checked the materials and work quality. His professionalism and attention to all the details is greatly appreciated, we are confident we hired the right person.

My project went well. Jason and the Shingle Pro crew showed mid-week. Worked throughout the week and half-day on Sat. My roof had 2 layers of wood shakes and 2 layers of asphalt. It was NASTY. The guys removed the old shakes and shingles, replaced the plywood, and put a BEAUTIFUL new roof on my lovely house. My yard was super clean went my work was complete. Prior to beginning the job, Jason clearly outlined the process of the project and what I would expect along the way. Thanks Guys! Thanks Jason! Thanks Shingle-Pro! I love my roof!

I can't say enough about the job that was done on our home & shed.  I highly recommend this business to anyone that is interested in having shingles replaced.  We are very pleased with the appearance of our home. It is a huge improvement and we have received many complements from neighbors and friends. The completed roof was done in a timely  & professional manner.   The crew was the best. Excellent workmanship very respectful, quiet and hard working.  The crew of 4 men completed job in 3 days. Each day at the  completion of work day one of the men would check the entire yard for any pieces of paper used nails magnet to check for nails, made sure no paper was in any neighboring yards. Crew foreman would also let us know when the were finished for the day. Jason was very honest explained  all our options. At the end of the job foreman let us know they were finished.  I could not believe the change in the appearance of our home. We have nothing but positive things to say about Jason and his crew. On a scale 1-10

I found Shingle Pro through Angie's List. We got three bids for our project, but we were just blown away by Shingle Pro's presentation.  Jason, the owner, came by and gave me a detailed explanation of what was going to be done.  He also showed me the superior products he uses in his jobs versus what the other guys use and had actual samples available to see so I could make my choice easily.  He had his insurance declarations page, a copy of his license and a list of homes he had re-roofed so I could look at his work!  I was so happy I called them!  The workers that came and did the work were professional and friendly.  They cleaned up all the mess and left everything in great shape.  I would recommend Shingle Pro to anyone.  They deserve the great ratings they get!  Thanks Jason and Kim!

This is a great company, and they do quality work from start to finish!  Jason's bid presentation is the best I've ever seen.  His crew is polite and professional.  They did a great job on all aspects of the project including tear-off and installation.  They also did an amazing job of keeping our yard and landscaping protected and picked up at the end of each day.  I would recommend them highly! They use quality products and do great work!

We took several bids on our roofing project. This is why we chose Jason:

• Always on time
• Brought sample shingles for us to see and choose from, and his product is way better than major competitors
• Fair price
• Local small company, always support them!
• Straight forward, didn't use tricky words that lots of business people use
• Have only one crew of 3 to 4 people, and get one job at a time, so that both on-time delivery and quality of work is guaranteed.

This is how the job is done:
Jason's crew spent four days on the roof in hot summer days. They make sure shingles are aligned and all exterior objects, such as chimney and  skylight is properly flashinged. They even ordered customized metal piece to fit in the skylight. After the installation, they cleaned up everything, on the roof and the ground, and hall away the garbage. They also painted flashing, chimney to match the color of the shingle. 
I do not write reviews a lot, but I think ShinglePro deserves a good review and I hope this review can help some of the new home owners like myself.

It was awesome! They were punctual, extremely friendly, and professional. They were so considerate of us when removing the roofing materials. At night when they finished they cleaned up everything as if they hadn't been there.

What made us go with them were the comments that we saw on Angie’s List along with the fact that the gentleman that came out to give us the bid seemed most professional.  He wasn’t a salesman, he simply told us what he can offer what he can do and left it to us to decide.  He wasn’t trying to be pushy or anything.  The workers that came out were very professional, very polite and very service oriented.  They were very tidy with the job that they did and cleaned up their messes.  So far, we are very pleased with the quality of the roof.  They went extra mile for us.  We ended up with a rain gutter issue after the new roof was put on and he came back two or three times to see if it was fixed when that wasn’t even really his realm of responsibility.  He definitely did a lot of follow up to make sure that it was repaired to our satisfaction and that it wasn’t a problem.  They are averagely priced, they are not the cheapest and they are not expensive for the work that they did.

Our roof could not just be re-shingled, but that was a good thing.  There were several soft spots, and numerous sheets of plywood needed replacing.  The work was done very quickly, even with losing a bit of time due to bad weather.  My only complaint would be the lack of final papers that covered our warranty on the shingles.  These were to be provided by the shingle manufacturer.

I enjoyed working with ShinglePro. The owner, Jason, was quick to respond to our initial call and bid. He took the time to walk us through the bid without any pressure. Once we selected his bid he was quick to schedule a time. His crew showed up on time each day and were courteous when working with us. They took the old shingles off in less than a day and had my new roof on within two days. I love the new roof and I enjoyed working with ShinglePro. I had a great experience with them. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to re-shingle their roof.
