Shawndra Kirkham

My husband and I started looking at homes with Shawndra in September 2010.  We were extremely picky buyers and it took over five months before we found the perfect house.  Shawndra was always patient and helpful, returned calls/emails/texts promptly and made sure all our questions were answered.  When we finally found our dream home we had to deal with difficult sellers and their equally difficult, lazy agent.  Shawndra had to contact him multiple times a day to make sure papers were signed and the ball was rolling.  I don’t think the deal would have gone through if it wasn’t for her persistence.  I’m so happy we found Shawndra, I would use her again in a heartbeat, and I highly recommend her to anyone thinking about buying a house!
