We haven't had them out here since it was installed. They had to do a little follow up because a belt froze. The service was very good.
You have to go through a middle man to get a hold of anybody. They were here when they were suppose to be and did in the amount of time they were suppose to .
I would use them again, but do a lot of research for another company first. Sears is a little bit pricer than some of the others I came up with, but their quality is really good. They do have a good reputation. But because of getting a hold of somebody to come out and take care of things is a long process for me, they wouldn't be my first choice.

They were very polite. They came in and they were dressed appropriately. They actually put shoe covers when they came in. I don't have to wait a long time. They came right away. They fixed it as soon as they could. I didn't have any trouble with them at all.

The service technician was professional and careful and quickly evaluated the problem and fixed the machine. It is running again and I had printed out a 20% discount coupon for the service call that he applied to labor cost and the part cost on the bill. The switch was on his truck so he was able to fix it immediately. He made suggestions about the legs sitting on a subway tile floor to keep it from sliding around and the balance going out again. And gave me instructions on what to do with the balance issue to correct it myself.
He also told me what he thought of purchasing the new top loaders vs. front loader washing machines. He did not give a brand preference. He was in and out in about 30 minutes and I have a 90 day service guarantee on the work.

I was able to schedule online and ended up having to reschedule online several times due to my own schedule. Scheduling and rescheduling was very, very easy.
The repairman came on the early side of the 1-5pm window and called and gave me about 1/2 hour notice. He was very pleasant and professional and had the part on the truck so the repair was completed quickly. My only complaint is the price. Maybe this is reasonable for Samsung, I have no way to compare as nobody else will work on them.
Don't buy Samsung...very hard to get anybody to repair them and this is my dryer's 2nd expensive repair in 2 years.

I scheduled online and included my model number in the box for other information. This allowed the repairman to have the specific part on his truck. I am not sure how he would have known otherwise as the online scheduling tool did not ask me for much detail.
The online scheduling worked great, they called to remind me the day before and to let me know he was coming about 1/2 hour in advance. All of that was great.
My only complaint is the price of labor. Seems like I could have done better IF I could have found somebody else to work on Samsung. But I have learned that this is difficult. Even if you can find someone to come, they usually have to order the part and it can take weeks. So overall, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience working with Sears appliance repair. Much better than what I experienced in the past.

Our refrigerator is under warranty so they come out annually and do the service. I pay them $100.00 a year and they just come out annually and check them and change the filter and service them, primarily the fridge. The water filter just needs to be changed every year. I chose Sears because of the selection and the price. It wasn't like it was an emergency, but I have used them before for an emergency. They do a good job. They come out when they say they are going to be there.

The experience with them went well. They came out and replaced the part that was broken and we haven't had any problems since. It was more than we hoped it would be but that's life.
