 + -1 moreScott and his crew were nothing but the best in every way; polite, hardworking, prompt, trustworthy, and experienced. I have never worked with nicer people. Scott and his son, in particular, went out of their way to make sure the job was done exactly right. Even after the initial clean-up, Scott's son went over our property with a metal detector to make sure all nails were gathered up and disposed of. My new roof is beautiful and I get a lot of compliments from passers-by.
Description of Work: Tear off existing two roofs and haul away. Inspect decking for strength and possible leak damage. Close in existing turtle vents. Install ice and water shield to inside warm walls and valleys. Dry in remainder of home using #15 felt. Seal kitchen exhaust fan to roof. Install 90 degree steel drip metal to perimeter, 50 year architectural shingle (free upgrade from 40 year because of unavailability of color choice), and standard hip and ridge shingles. California cuts in valleys, new pipe flashings woven into shingles, step flashings and pans to chimney and swamp cooler, and counterflash chimney and swamp cooler. Install two power fans into new roof.

 + -1 moreThis company worked on my home in Sandy, UT, and the first experience was good. When they worked on my second home, it was hard to get a hold of them when there was repairs needed. They had competitive prices, but I wouldn't hire them again.
Description of Work: They replaced the roof in Sandy and did a good job. On the other hand, when we had them come to our regular residence, we can't get them to come out.
