Getting the window took a little longer than I thought it would, but, the installer gave me a reasonable estimate and did a wonderful job removing the old window and installing the new one. They matched the window tint that I had on the old window to a tee. Will use them again in the future.

The sales staff and the installer were both knowledgeable and friendly. The price was very competitive and the service was exceptional. The installers arrived timely, worked efficiently, did a good job. In the big scheme of things, we had two a small jobs done at different times. Yet, we will call on them first for any glass work that needs to be done.
On another occasion, we consulted with Sawyer's personnel with regard to replacement of a sliding patio door. They were honest and indicated that for what we wanted, they could not be competitive. I appreciate their candor.

They're a bit pricey, but i had no surprises and they performed as promised.

The work done was okay. They didn't have the color sample. It had to be a grey color and I got black. That was not a match at all. I never saw the color sample. The glass was okay. I didn't like the way they handled things; it was a misinformation. The color which came was black. I would probably use them in the future but I would look around.

I first contacted Sawyer on line. I received an immediate email response. I visited the store and described my problem...2 large lab mix dogs who have knocked my screen door off twice. They came out promptly, took measurements, discussed materials with me and gave me an estimate. Although the estimate felt a little high, because I wanted such a heavy duty screen, I decided it was appropriate. They took 50% down payment and gave me an approximate installation date. They called before the estimated time and arranged my installation. The installer was prompt, thorough and professional. I'm very pleased with my new door and the professionalism of their staff. I also appreciated the other suggestions they made to fix my problem Fortunately, I was able to find a reasonable costing answer.

It went great - took a few days longer than they said but it's done exactly right, so very worth it in the end.

It went very well. They are very nice people and they are very punctual. They did a nice job.

I was very impressed by the number of measurements Zach took. Evidently, the shower opening wasn't exactly square, but the new door fits so perfectly you would never know it. They also had the best price (by about $300) after calling about a dozen other companies.
