Joey from SameDay came out within 1 hour and did what he could to get it working again, but it will not last long. I asked if he could give me an estimate on a new furnace and he had Larry here within 15 minutes to give me a variety of options. They were very thorough - checked the airflow and looked at the ducts. Of the 2 furnaces that it came down to, he recommended the cheaper one - said it would work great for my space. I don't hear that very often!! They will be installing tomorrow and I will do another review.

The technician (Lance) was courteous, professional, and very helpful. He took the time to gather all of the background info regarding our AC situation and gave us helpful tips regarding vent usage, attic fans, and installing another vent in the master bedroom to help with airflow. Basically, he didn’t just band-aid the symptom, he helped with some permanent solutions. Here’s the breakdown in cost in case this helps: Adding 3 lbs refrigerant - $349. Contractor Replacement - $282. Dual Run Capacitor Replacement - $174. Annual maintenance for AC & Heating (2 units each) $238.

Horrible experience!! Going on 24 hours with no AC! I called yesterday and had an appointment scheduled for today at 5 p.m.. They called at 5:10 p.m. and told me that they were running behind and needed to change the window from 7 to 9 p.m. tonight. We called them around 9:15 p.m. and they claimed they called us earlier to cancel. DO NOT CALL THESE CROOKS!!!

Made an appointment based on a coupon. Due to high demand due to coupon, appointment was scheduled out a month for a mid-morning visit. Stayed home from work day of appointment. Van shows up in front of my house around 10:45. Tech goes and does work on my neighbor's house then leaves around 11:45. I called Same Day and they said the tech is running behind and will be here between 3pm and 6pm. I told the dispatcher their tech had been parked in front of my house for an hour. I cancelled the appointment. I'll find someone else if I have a problem.

A thorough inspection yielded no discrepancies. The technician (Austin G.) was very profession, described in detail what he was doing and the results of his inspection. He also gave us recommendations on how we can use the system more effectively. We have used SameDay for many years and always had good service. Austin was great!

Representative did come and check out the old furnace/AC. SameDay was offering a substantial rebate on a furnace if you purchased certain A/C units. We compared SameDay's bid to Manwill and Manwill's equipment was better quality and the price was more in line with what we needed. Plus there were more rebates.

They wanted nearly $1,100 to replace. I found a local dealer that sold part to service companies, like Same Day, for ~$75. I found online that I could order it retail for $150. That's a 10x or 1000% markup. I called and asked to talk to management about it. They were supposed to call me back, but never did. I am capable of simply plugging in plugs on a board, needless to say I replaced it myself for $150. I think 1000% markup is a very big gouging. I felt violated.

I have used Same Day to tune up the furnace and AC at both my house and my rental for a couple of years. The service was ok, but the price is higher than others. I just renewed the following year because it was easy and they had a plan that would discount services if you buy the year package.
I set up an appointment within 4-5 days to do the tune up since my AC was acting funny and if I bought the package, if there was anything wrong, it would be cheaper.
The appointment was set to after 2pm on 6/23. I called earlier that day to confirm that they have me on the schedule. They confirmed and said I would receive a call 30 min before they arrived. Later on that day they called and said that they wouldn't be able to make it out that day because all of the techs were busy. I asked when we could reschedule it, she indicated that they could at the end of July! Over a month out. They couldn't fit me in even though I had an appointment, I have been a loyal customer and my AC unit was headed downhill. Thanks?
I told them I would search elsewhere for someone that could help me. They offered me $20 to reschedule in over a month. Maybe they should have seen how they could squeeze me in somewhere or try to look out for their customers.
I don't need to be smacked twice. I chose to take my business someplace else.

called to make an appointment and person on phone said they would be out at noon a few days later and arrange to take 2 hrs from work so I can be there . 3 hrs before the appt they call to tell me person can't come and then say they would have never been there at noon as it could have been up to 5pm to show up. conflicting information and last minute cancel. did not reschedule

The plumber arrived on time, was very professional. Explained the option to me and gave me a very fair estimate. he completed the repair very quickly. He was very clean, there was no mess to clean up when he was done, and answered all my questions, even a couple that didn't relate to the repair he was doing. The bill turned out to be exactly was was estimated.
I will certainly use SameDay again if the need arises and would recommend them highly!

Because it was water that was leaking, they sent a plumber out. he found the problem as a leak on the pipe that carries the condensation of the AC coil down to the pump. he replace the fitting in about 5 minutes and checked for leaks. he was very professional and personable.

We had to call for an after-hours call, the time we had called before we were told a part would be ordered and we would be contacted when it arrived. Our furnace had been having problems and this was our third call to the company. With this visit the repair tech seemed extremely put out to have to come out after-hours. He was rude and didn't want to be bothered answering questions. He applied some Duct tape to direct the flow of the leaking part away from the ignitor and said he would follow up on the part that had previously been ordered. We never heard back. When I called SameDay to see when the part could be expected they had no record that it had ever been ordered. I ended up ordering the part on my own and having someone else install the part, and in the mean time had to come up with a better patch job so that the furnace would work while we waited.

I am a long time customer of Same Day Heating and Air after they came to the rescue when my furnace went out three days before Thanksgiving in 2007. Once again, Same Day to the rescue! We just had our regular furnace inspection and Cleigh, the technician, made us aware that our water heaters were in very bad shape and long past their normal life expectancy
operating very ineffeciently, almost dangerously. We had no clue. No one from Same Day have ever pressured us
on any up-sell and provide only great advice. We scheduled an inspection for the next day with their plumbing specialist.
BTW...I had no idea Same Day also did plumbing...they should advertise because they are great. Kevin arrived
on time and inspected the water heaters. He went over his findings and recommendations in detail outlining the
options available at different price levels. He also provided us with a 15% discount for being a Same Day ESA customer. Kevin told us he could install the two 50 gallon water heaters and be able to do it within three hours. Kevin was very polite, knowledgeable and a REALLY hard worker. He worked non-stop for three hours to remove the nasty old water heaters
and install the new energy efficient ones. He kept all the carpet and wood floors covered so as not to make a mess
and he even cleaned our filthy floor in the furnace/water heater room. I haven't done that myself for at least threeyears!! It looks 200% better than when he got there and the installation was meticulous. We are so pleased with Kevin's work. He busted his hump for three hours non-stop. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. We have two wild yellow
labs and he welcomed them like they were family. He definitely passed the dog test. They loved him and he even told me I could let them roam free in the house to keep him company if it was OK with me. Same Day is definitely not the least
expensive option, but they are high quality and high integrity and worth every bit. Their people are all highly

They had done the work on it before and came back for two years free of charge. The second year was because someone who was supposed to have arrived at a certain time didn't and the owner called me and apologized for that and said they would extend the time that they worked on it free. And then the second time they came out I bought three years at one time.
