Everything went well, I'd probably call them again, though it was not spectacular. I am glad they came and my carpets and tile is definitely cleaner after their visit.

They were fine, though they weren't anything exceptional. They were very nice and cooperative. In the end, the carpets didn't turn out to be better than anybody else's. Considering that they were more expensive than some of the competition, I probably wouldn't try that again.

Simon arrived promptly; he came prepared too. He looked at the area and described the treatment needed for the space. His equipment was the best I've seen and I've seen a lot of carpet cleaning equipment over the years; (I managed retail over 18 years, I saw carpet cleaners monthly). I was very concerned about the condition of the carpets in the apartment, a renter had 2 cats in there and the cats were allowed to mess on the floor, (rental carpet takes a beating). Simon decided to do an extraction and remove the odor; if that wasn't enough he said he would go back over it, he cleaned the carpet, and got the hair off the couch, then raked the carpet to pull up the remainder of the cat hair. When he was finished and after it had dried, the carpet looked and smelled brand new. Now I'd like to say something about Simon, he's the guy who promises exactly what he's going to do - *than he delivers MORE*. When I got home that evening I found he had done my stairs and the rug in front of my door. He really over-delivered and it made me feel good. What an awesome 5 star service. I will use him always for my carpets and tell everyone I know to use him too.

Was late but called, got hose up to 9th floor. Polite staff. Excellent work, did extras. I was very pleased with results. I would recommend them to others.

He arrived on time, evaluated my rugs, confirmed my quote and performed the work quickly. He was very friendly and he did a great job. The only reason the quote was lower than what I paid, was because I added a service.

Troy was very pleasant on the phone. They were able to schedule us in quickly. They arrived on time. After they cleaned the carpet, we (and they) noticed that the carpet had buckled during cleaning. The technician (Brian) immediately contacted Troy, who assured us that they would take care of any problems. He suggested that the carpet might shrink back after it dried. He asked us to call him in the morning and he would come out to re-stretch the carpet. In the morning most of the bulges had reseeded, but a couple of spots remained. We called Troy and he promised to come out a little later in the day. He arrived on time as promised, looked at what we were talking about. A couple of the places had completely returned to normal. He measured the moisture content in the other spots and proceeded to stretch the carpet to fix them. They look great. He also promised to come back after Thanksgiving to touch up the high traffic areas. Simply the best service from any company!

When I called, I asked for a phone estimate and I scheduled an appointment. Brian arrived on time, and we went over what I wanted done, and reviewed the estimate. He wasted no time, and got right to work. He moved quite a bit of furniture during the process, and protected the carpet by putting Styrofoam under legs of all wooden furniture. The cleaning took about 2 1/2 hours.

The rugs had not been cleaned for 3 years because I had had 2 bad experiences with 2 different companies. Safari Steam was prompt in setting up an appointment, they were here within 15 minutes of when they said they would arrive and they did a very good job cleaning my rugs. The rugs smelled and felt clean (no sticky residues). They were good at extraction so it took only 2-3 hours to dry completely (and was never soggy).

He actually came the day before he was scheduled because he finished early, he called first to make sure this was ok. It took him about 1 1/2 hours to complete the job, made sure it was satisfactory with us before he left. Company called the next day to make sure we were happy with the work.

The company was very prompt and they did a very good job. We have been using them for approximately 7 years and never had any type of problem. I like that the staff is always professional. They run a deal to clean like 5 or 6 rooms for $89, which is just about enough to do our entire house.

Overall my experience with them has been excellent. I was in a hurry to get it done and they responded quickly. As a woman with strangers coming into my house I felt safe. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I have an 8000 square foot house. They cleaned the carpets, sofas, furniture, and even steam cleaned my silk plant for me (which I thought was awesome). I am extremely pleased with safari steam. They were willing to do extra things without any problems.

I had Safari Steam do a steam extraction on the carpet in six rooms of my home plus an area of carpeted stairs. They got the carpets really clean and they stayed clean for some time. I would recommend them to others.
