The job went very well from bid to installation and completion. Sean submitted a bid to us and stayed true to it, accomadating changes we made with materials. Don started on the agreed date and was punctual each day letting us know how the process would go and what to expect. The work area was always cleaned before he left. The new banister and rail look great and the workmanship is very good.

As mentioned above, they were very responsive and courteous. They showed up every morning between 8-8:30a and worked until 5p each day. They were very conscientious and hard working. They cleaned up as they worked to minimize the dust/mess/inconvenience in our home. If they had issues or concerns, they discussed them with us prior to moving forward so there were no surprises. Their carpentry, as well as their stain/finish are flawless. Their attention to detail and professionalism were flawless. We are very happy with the job they did and would highly recommend them. From the onset, Sean came within a day from my initial call for a bid. He gave be two bids, one using all wood and another combining some decorative metal posts. As he was most professional, I gave him the job, of the all wood posts. His brother or co worker Dan arrived on an agreeable date, 3/26 and constructed the whole rail post enclosure on the first day. He returned on 3 consecutive mornings to stain and polish the posts and rail. It looks awesome and I now have a SAFE stairwell.
