ROCKY MOUNTAIN HOME INSPECTION

Steven Smith, an inspector listed (and highly rated) under a different home inspection franchise, now operates as Rocky Mountain Home Inspection out of Salt Lake City. I read the original Angie's List reviews of his work at his old company and with so few companies rated, figured it was worth an internet search to track him down. Indeed it was worth the effort. I requested his usual thorough inspection, plus termite and radon. Arriving with only 2 days notice, Steve spent over 4 hours at the 3,700 square foot home, which had its share of challenges. Steve identified critical issues with the home that I would never have seen, as well as helping me understand the relative importance of some problems versus others. The final printed report is valuable, but if humanly possible, tag along on the inspection. It is worth much more than what you're paying.
