Traditional Stucco Install or Completely Replace

TLDR: Burbach makes wonderful promises upfront. They do not follow through on those promises and are difficult to deal with. Thier work/product (exterior home stuccoing) is failing at less than 2 years after completion. I had a very negative experience with this company. I hired them to stucco the exterior of my house. Everything was positive though the sales pitch and quoting process. However, once they were paid and the project began things started going wrong. Once we signed our contract and paid the company, we were promised the project would start in 2 weeks. It took 2 months to start. The project took twice the time that was estimated. The project manager, Brad Nelson, had poor communication and did not listen to my design choices. I gave him detailed renderings of what I wanted my house to look like and he lost or disregarded them and gave his crew a chicken scratch drawing that was not what we had agreed upon. 2 years later the stucco is cracking all over my house.
