Reliable Tree Care

The company took at least 6 weeks from time of order to provide a 15 minute job for the Aphid spray. I made a call 6 weeks in, and they were there the next day?! I also asked them not to complete the order (Mildew Powder) and that I would find another company. They came anyway and charged me full price, which I ended up paying. This company was really good a few years back but something has changed in their customer service. No apologies or discounts offered by the way

I explained to the arbor that i wanted to be present during the spraying and to write knock on door on the contract. After 10 times explaining the importance of me being there to cover up the plants i did't want chemicals on he finally wrote knock first on it and i signed. I was home the day they sprayed but no one informed me. The only way i knew he had been there was the bill stuck to my front door. i went and looked for evidence that the tree had been sprayed and could not find any. I called reliable tree care and they told me they do a good job and had gps on their trucks and a monitoring system on their chemical trucks to see how much was used and reassured me the job had been done. I told them my plants hadn't been covered up because no one knocked on the door to tell me they were there. They said their chemicals were ok to be consumed. The only thing they cared about was their money. They can not be RELIED on the do the job the way you want it done. If you use this company write exactly what you want done on the order and don't let them say you don't need to write that i will make sure the sprayer knows. I should have wrote: must knock on door and make sure i am present during the spraying or i will not pay for it. I gave them 1 star because i believe a company should SHOW they care about their customers, reliable tree care only speaks it.

Dishonest, Deceitful and overpriced is still being nice! the salesman signed me up for way more than I agreed to, they showed up without me knowing and my wife payed them before I could detect there dishonesty. The salesman was very good and appeared to be caring and honest. I believe his name was Colin, He signed me up for several treatments that I did not agree to that would have been thousands of dollars. they showed up without my knowledge and haphazardly sprayed my trees to the tune of $700. My wife payed them assuming I had agreed to it. The next time they showed up fortunately I was therey trees. A truck pulled up and two teenage boys got out and started spraying my trees seemingly without any method, some trees got drenched some were missed all together. I thought they were just getting started when they started getting ready to leave, I approached them and they handed me another bill for 500. astonished I called up and cancelled any remaining services but had already paid 700 and they are still trying to bill me for the 500. If you use them you will regret it!!

They did a great job and didn't damage anything while doing the work even though they had to climb one of the trees. They also cleaned up afterward and left things looking good.

Received a coupon in the mail for $50 off any tree trimming service of $250 and over. Had the one tree trimmed that cost $250. Send my check of $200 with the $50 coupon in for payment. Received a $50 balance due a month later. Called several times and was told that I had to spend $300 to get the $50 off vs. the $250 stated on the coupon.
I considered it false advertizing.
Later I had another tree expert come in and they advised me of several problems with how the tree had been trimmed. Reliable Tree Care had left sever large "cross-over limbs" which should have been taken out. They also did not prune it to standards (nowhere close) I received from the Utah extension service.
It was not a professional job. They did not perform as requested. Then they would not accept their own coupon. I was very disapointed and would not recommend them for any service.

I have been using Reliable for years. We have an annual contract with them because we have alot of trees. They always call before they come, because different trees require different care. They are more than happy to answer any questions, and I'm very pleased with their services.

The bushes looked much better after service.

They do 2 fertilizations of each of my 6 trees and tree trimming.

I accepted the quote and they seemed to be expert in what they did--the trees in the yard look great and hopefully will bear fruit.

Clinton was very responsive and knowledgeable when he came out to give and estimate, giving me information that was similar to an arborist from a highly rated tree company listed on Angie's List. He gave me lots of advice and recommendations, understood trees as well as my needs for the yard. The company contacted me the day before starting the work and it took the team of 4 about 5 hours to complete the job. The yard looks fantastic, preserving the trees, but making it much safer for the kids to play in the backyard. After they were done they cleaned the yard up and made it look like no work had been done. A large branch on a tree next to our house had bumped and chipped some of the stucco from the house and within 3 days Reliable Tree Care sent someone out to color match the stucco and had it repaired two days later. Fantastic job all around.

The company representative was prompt in coming out to provide an estimate. They were prompt in providing the tree service. They cleaned up afterwards. I was pleased with the job as done.

Outstanding customer service. From initial consultation and bid to work completion. Everything was done very professionally. Clean up was perfect. Would highly recommend.

I am satisfied with their knowledge of tree trimming. They do a very good job. I would recommend them to my family and friends. They are very good.

This company even cleans up after themselves. Their estimates was close to the final cost.
