I recently purchased a house that had been flipped. This was an expensive remodel with basically everything replaced from basement floors to a new roof.
Unfortunately, the roof was apparently not installed very well.
Within the first three months of owning the house we discovered 3 leaks in the roof. All of which were associated with shoddy work around skylights/vents/solar tubes.
Rezo and his crew were recommended by a friend who runs a general contracting company. As soon as he arrived, Rezo was pointing out issues and got right to addressing them. He reminded me of Mike Holmes from HGTV because he immediately takes ownership of his clients and wants things done right. He had to come back after the first visit for more leaks after the next rain, and he did so wililngly and quickly. He really seems to care about the job and the customer.
Given my experience, I would definitely trust any roofing work to Rezo!
