Called about 10am and reported an issue with the refrigerator. They called back and said a serviceman would be by from 12-3. They called and reported that he was on the way about 12:30pm and he showed up shortly thereafter. The analysis was quick and professional. Serviceman was clean and polite. Service was performed quickly and cleanly and he was off after offering a one year guarantee on labor and parts. Great service!!!

They were very good. They're excellent. They were very prompt, provided good information. They really tried to fix what was broken, but just weren't able to. What stood out was probably the guys' response time and professionalism.
