THE INTERNET WOULD INEXPLICABLY FLUCTUATE IN AND OUT OF SERVICE. THE FIRST TWO TIMES THEY WERE OUT THE REPAIRMEN SAID NOTHING IS WRONG. THE LAST TIME THE GUY DID SOMETHING TO HELP. HE EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT IT WAS THAT HE WAS GOING TO DO.
