We had a difficult time in the past getting contractors to respond with questions that we had but we were so pleased that Luis got back to us quickly and was very efficient. His entire crew was very professional and the finished project was beautiful.

They did 3 different builds, first one good, second one so-so and third was a disaster.

I would recommend them to anybody, friends and family. They are very easy to work with, they did a phenomenal job!

Louis and his team repeatedly went above and beyond our expectations. Always focusing on what was best for the project, not what was easiest. As an example: Even though my basement was already plumbed for a bathroom, they jackhammered it out, replumbed it, and repoured the concrete. Just to buy me a few extra inches in the bathroom. It made all the difference too as the bathroom is quite small. They found a way to make it larger with hard work, even though it wasn't included in the price. They did it because it was right for the project and had respect for their work. If I ever had a question or concern, Louis was very quick to respond, giving me his experienced opinion but always respecting my wants and needs. True professionals, I cannot sing their praises enough. Thank you so much for taking care of us.

Luis did an absolutely beautiful job on finishing our basement. We wanted in to match the up stairs work from the builder and he did just that !! Estimate was spot on too !

The only advice I give is to hammer out more specific details on contract before agreeing. I had some unexpected charges pop up as we went through the project. I wish I had communicated more thoroughly before agreeing on price.

I received an incredible quote for some remodeling work. A few weeks in to the project there began some communication issues. Calls not being returned and scheduled days to work on the project often went by without anyone showing up. Fast forward to today and after spending over $7000 to complete the project I still do not have a functioning bathroom and the work has not been completed. Now Luis has chosen to completely ignore all attempts made to encourage him to finish the job he was paid for. Simply the worst situation. Very disappointing end to what began as such an awesome relationship with this contractor. Search for this Company on other consumer resource websites for more details and you'll get a better idea of what this business thinks about its jobs and the customers they are hired by to complete them.

They finished my entire basement in about 4 weeks! Luis is very responsive and professional, he even did some extra work for me and did a great job!!

We had Luis finish our basement for us and it was a very wierd layout. We all put our heads together to come up with a plan and he gave us an amazing basement. Its hard to believe what he made work for thr space we had and how nice it all looks. We love our new addition! I found him on this website and read all the reviews before and like what they all said and he does match what they all say. I would like to add he really pays attention to the details of his work. He has been kind enough to say if we noticed anything that needs to be fixed that we didn't notice before he will come back and make sure its right. I have a high respect for that, he takes pride in his work. I would definitely higher him again.

My project was extending a one car carport in to a two car garage. Luis communicated throughout the whole project. They kept me updated with where my money went, scheduling, time frame, city inspections, delays and each individual project until completion. All the workers spoke English. They cleaned up any messes. They worked hard and fast. I would hire again.

We found Pyramid on Home advisor. Luis responded promptly to our inquiry. We got a very reasonable estimate and they were able to begin the project the following Monday. They provided quality workmanship and completed the project within the specified timeline. Luis provided great customer service. We are already planning for other remodeling projects with Pyramid in the near future.

We had a great experience working with Pyramid-- Luis and his crew. They finished approximately half of our basement, including a large bedroom, a storage room and a bathroom. Their work was excellent and just what we had in mind. They completed the project on time and at the price agreed upon. I'm going to have them back to remodel another bathroom for me and then later in the year, finish the rest of the basement. I would recommend Pyramid to anyone who wants quality work at a fair price. Plus they are a great group of people !!

I recommend Pyramid Remodeling & Maintenance Services for any remodeling project. Luis was friendly and he wanted to know exactly what we wanted for our Master Bathroom remodeling project, and as a result he delivered it to us as requested – and at a great price too. Our project was primarily focused on removing the old shower surround & pan and build a new shower with porcelain tile the on walls and floor. Their tile professional was very competent and did a great job, with attention to all the details. They also re-grouted the existing bathroom floor tiles for us. The entire job was completed a day early which allowed us a day to have the rest of the bathroom painted too. It was obvious that they take pride in their work and care about quality and customer satisfaction. I plan to use Pyramid Remodeling for future remodeling projects.

Pyramid Remodeling completed two projects for me timely and with high quality. The first one was a big fire damage repair on a 4 plex building that involved roof, structural support, ceiling and walls. The second involved a remodeling of a house with adding new shower, kitchen, and laundry hooks. They did both jobs under my relatively low budgets.
