Procare Landscape

Chris and his team did a great job. Procare met the schedule, team was on time, cleaned up all debris at the end of day and the project was completed in one week. The reason we picked Procare-Chris had a 'vision' of what our yard should look like. He recommended a wall, new border treatment, removal of old tired rocks, tree selection, and adding of a few unique plants. The other landscape companies who bid, didn't give us a fresh perspective.

My wife and I are very pleased with the results.

I have used this company over the course of two years. Last year when they installed landscaping in which they have a one year guarantee, they didn't fall through with the guarantee and several plants died. At our business, they planted the wrong shrubs which will have to be removed and they wouldn't return any phone calls.

Chris was excellent! Very professional and prompt in completing the work I hired him for. I loved his design and so glad I followed his recommendations. The end result is breathtaking! I was pleased with how quickly they got the job done. His team worked fast and cleaned up the entire area when they were finished. I couldn't recommend a better company to do business with.

The completed wall is attractive and I believe stable, but not the block style I requested. The job duration was estimated to last 3 to 4 days in a single week, but took 3 weeks. Most issues stemmed from not having a contract in place to start the work, as promised; I received the contract when the work was completed. We met on site 1 week before the work started to review the specifics of the scope. The laborers started with little apparent understanding of the scope and unprepared to manage the waste concrete blocks. I directed and watched the laborers myself for over 2 hours. Neither I nor the lead laborer was able to reach Mr. Card by phone. The laborers did a good job in protecting the neighbors' yard, brick walkway, and irrigation system located immediately at the base of the wall. Several days into the job, Mr. Card notified me that the type of blocks I requested would cost an additional $1,000, and the exact requested style was not available. He split the cost with me.
