The plumber came and accessed the situation, problem stems from shared drains with neighbors in my condo. There was no clogged drain at the time he came, it had cleared out. We visited another neighbor above me to see if they were having any problems. None there, he suggested that we wait until the problem came back, he gave me his card & told me to call him, take pictures & then he would be able to find out where the problem was. This seems to be a problem that has been existing for a long time. Thank you.

I hired this company to replace my Watermain. They did so for $6000 less than the next bid. They did a great job eight months after they did it I was informed by the city I had a water leak so I called Pro master and they came out and they dug the hole and inspected their work to make sure it wasnâ t anything that they did and it was not, they did not charge me to dig that hole to check that is amazing. Nobody else would have done that. I recommend this company to anybody and everybody five stars gentlemen.

When our water main cracked and we were without water, Joel Cobia was dispatched to assess our problem and the next business day he and his Crew came and worked hard all day confronting difficult situations to install a new water line to our nonstandard home with no basement, no attic, and no crawl space.

They did a great job and were able to pull the old line out, while pulling the new line through. So, they didn't have to dig up the lawn. They gave us the best price and that was appreciated, since we are seniors.

They competed the repair in a timely manner

Dakota was the name of the plumber. He took one look at the issue we had and he took care of it very professionally. We are very happy with the work he did. Additionally, he had a very mild mannered attitude and his expertise was tops. I will add, too that the cost of the repairs was well below our own personal estimate.

They did a fine job, were flexible, and easy to work with.
