I am currently in a legal battle with Pitt. They decided to cancel my contract and keep my money without ever breaking ground on the project. Hopefully court sorts this out cause this feels wrong.

The people were very polite, professional, and on time. But I was very disappointed in the work they did. They had 3 people come for about 6 hours (18 hours of work) and still did not complete the job that I use to have 1 person do in 12 hours. They missed several weeds, butchered my large bush, did not spread my wood chips evenly, and missed entire sections. I paid them $720 for a terrible job. They are way over priced for such terrible quality. For that price, I expected a flawless job. I highly recommend staying away from this company.

for a small job I thought they would come in do and get out. it was the little things about making calls to find out when they will be back, when will this be done. Overall they are just like the rest. they didn't wow me or anything.

Their sales guy came out and was very impressive. Their bid was more expensive, but I was convinced you get what you pay for. I was sooo wrong. When the boss came out, he said "we don't do stuff like that" (what the sales guy said he would do), and did it different than was agreed. Then they had to fix a mistake they made and wanted to charge me for it. Our job was completed in fall and we were told if we turned on the water in the spring on our own, our warranty would be void, so we had them do it, but then they charged us for that. They broke an existing sprinkler line during their install and then they charged us to fix it. If you are looking for a professional landscaper, keep on looking.
