Solar Panel Service, Electrical Service
At first, we thought they were a good choice for our project, however, during the course of the installation they were later getting started than they said they would, difficult to get a hold of (the phone voice mail box was usually full), slow to return the messages that actually got through, and the verbal treatment of the crew by the foreman was embarassingly abusive.
Almost 7 months after installation, we discovered the photovoltaic part of the system was not working, and that there were some other quality issues with the installation. The battery backup does work, however.
All in all, it was a very disappointing experience. The installer offered to "make it right", but we would rather not gamble again, and apparently Pioneer Solar is no longer in business.
