Very efficient and effective. Did most of my communication via text, except when they came to set traps. Explained everything to me, and I felt comfortable with their services.

Worked great, have not had any in my house.

It wasn't easy, these were skunks that had avoided live traps with ease, just eating the bait. Max and his crew had to try many different tactics, and just when we were about to give up, a combination of repellents did the job. The Pest Pro staff were cheerful, very responsive to requests, and would come almost immediately when the skunk smell was almost intolerable. They are good to work with and I recommend them highly.

A young technician came and identified the problem as yellow jackets, not wasps. Apparently yellow jackets are not affected by the standard sprays. He sprayed a white powder into the affected area and we haven't seen a yellow jacket since.

We purchased the Angie's list deal and I was very pleased with the ease of scheduling. They had great availability and were able to work with my work schedule. The technician showed up on time and got to work immediately. He made sure we didn't have any questions. Excellent customer service. It has only been a day, but it is nice not seeing ants all over our kitchen and bathroom. Highly recommend Pet Pro!

Excellent prompt service. Veery informative and professional. Would recommended to anybody I know. I have had great results with their services.

We have moles in our lawn that come over from a vacant field nearby and spiders. They treated for both and we didn't see any moles for about 5 months and the spiders are just starting to return. They did a great job, were prompt and guarantee their work for 3 months, which it exceeded.

The thing I like about Pest Pro is they do what they say and they want you to be happy. Max has done a bunch of my work. I'm the type of guy who likes to chat up the people who work in my house because I'm protective of my family. Max is a clean cut family sort of guy and I feel comfortable having him around. He also seems to really get a twinkle in his eye when you talk to him about some of the crazier jobs he has been called in on. He seems to enjoy the challenge.
Bottom line: Good guy, good service, good value, punctual.

After getting the run around and cold shoulder from a few highly rated exterminators on Angie's List (a first!) I decided to ask for other recommendations and was referred to Pest Pro, who weren't listed on Angie's List.
I called up and Max was polite, friendly and professional. I had an infestation of wasps around my garage eaves. I couldn't see a nest and they seemed to be going right up into the eaves so the scale of the nest was unknown. He quoted me $95 over the phone which was actually a tad less than some other highly rated companies I should add. The kicker was he had availability in two days, when other quotes I received were for two weeks.
When Max I also pointed out a smaller nest that had been bugging me for a while, he agreed to knock that out too for no extra. He suited up, and first hit the nests with a quick knockout chemical, then followed up with a separate chemical that would linger and slowly eradicate any further wasps still present or returning to the area later.
At no extra cost, Max offered to spray my exterior property with a pet/people friendly chemical that would hold off any wasps taking up residence for a period of 6 weeks.
It was an excellent service top to bottom, Max was a friendly knowledgeable guy, and I would use his services again in a heartbeat.
