Small Appliance Repair, Plumbing
I was turned on to Brian by some architect friends who know there stuff. Although he no longer works on the construction side of plumbing, there is no one better on upgrades and maintenance. He is always looking to save you a buck if he can make your existing equipment work, but will shoot you straight on the best decision for the intended purpose (rental or long term personal). I cannot recommend him highly enough.
