I don't think they are the very best. Sometimes I think they are charging me too much. The guy does really good.

The thing that I really like about Orkin is that they are flexible and will come very early in the morning (around 6am) so that I can be home while they are working. They also do not spray inside my home to protect my my pets and they don't over spray outside since I have bird feeders. They seem to keep the pests under control.

They do the interior and exterior every quarter. They show up on time and do a very good job. They are also very reasonably priced compared to the others. I will continue to use them in the future.

The guy that came in and assessed our house, was very good. They call and say they are coming today with no warning. They cut a hole in the wall for ants. He said it would be the size of a pen point. It is more the size of a pencil. I don't think they were very good.

I went to several other companies and had lousy service. Orkin did everything that they said, they would and got the job done. I have never had any problems with them.

My overall experience is that this is a good company. They show up on time and do what they have to do and leave. They are the kind of company that I am not afraid to let into my home. I have used this company for years.

Orkin does what they say they will do, and the price is fair for the service they perform. You cannot ask for any more than that. We have had no problem with insects in the three years since we started using them.

We have a set time every month for Orkin to come out and treat our home. They are always punctual. It is extremely convenient. We never have to worry about calling them and setting up an appointment.

When I first hired Orkin for pest control in my home they did a good job. Lately, it seems like they rarely show up on time and last month they didn't even show up at all. Because of their performance recently I'll be switching to a different company.

I felt that for the price that we had to pay that we should have had much better results. The ants were still there and Orkin had to keep coming back. I do not think that they did a very good job.
