My experience with Olympus was exactly what I desired. Work was performed exactly as described. Zero surprises and the end result I wanted. I truly cannot say enough about Matt and his crew--professional, focused, and courteous. The proposal was for 5 days of work and the job was fully finished in the 5 days. I was concerned with the aftermath of trenching in a well-established lawn. No need for concern because:
1.) They cut trenches according to the amount of work to be accomplished each day.
2.) At the end of each day the crew fully replaced the cut sod over the trenches where pipe was laid.
3.) They accounted fully for my wishes in how they laid new irrigation lines.
4.) No debris was left behind
The crew started (and I mean started) work each day at 7:30am and worked until 4:30pm. Matt came by every morning and was always available to answer my questions.
The net-net is....my expectations were exceeded...and that is not easy to do.

Olympus Irrigation had installed our sprinkler system a number of years ago. More recently, they had modified it when we added an RV pad and thus, reduced the size of our lawn. Matt Dumond has always been friendly and helpful. On this occasion, we were experiencing a leak that was resulting in some water entering our basement. This had started shortly after I had turned the water on at the main shut-off valve. I was afraid that the valve might be bad. We left a message with Olympus on a Friday, and heard from Matt the next day. He was in the area and stopped by to look at the problem. Matt checked the valve and quickly determined that I had not turned it all the way open. He explained to my wife that he thought that this was causing the leak. After opening it all the way, the leakage rapidly diminished. Matt refused to take any payment for his time (he had been able to find and resolve the problem fairly quickly) or for a service call. This is indicative of the reason that we can recommend Olympus Irrigation (and Matt Dumond) so highly. He is highly competent, fair and gracious--even when he makes a service call to fixed what was my and quot;operator errorand quot;.

He has donated labor to our school community garden. He is professional, timely and does a good job.

Matt and his crew did a fantastic job putting in a brand new sprinkler system for us on our quarter-acre lot. Matt came over every morning during the project to check on progress and give me updates on what would be completed each day. The entire system was put in within 6 days, and they were even willing to remove some sod where we wanted to put in new flower beds. Matt was very responsive to all the questions and special requests I had and was very patient. His workers were very professional and thorough. I would highly recommend Olympus Irrigation and would do business with them again.

They are polite and responsive. They get the job done.

My only regret was that I didn't discuss how many zones we would have in the backyard. I would have preferred more zones to make the watering more flexible.

Matt Dumond and his crew were recommended to me by a colleague, and they did a fantastic job for me. The price was very fair. They were always on time. They did exactly what they said they would do during the planning. They were never too busy to stop and answer questions for me. When asked to do something in the middle of the job (e.g. call me with an update), they did exactly what was asked of them. When a plumbing problem was discovered in the course of installing the sprinkler system, they tried to fix it themselves, and when they could not, they recommended a good plumber. They cleaned up after themselves before they left. They were professional, responsive, and speedy--I couldn't ask for more from a contractor. I would use this company again without any hesitation and I recommend them highly.

It was a great experience. They were professional, fast and fair priced.

It took three visits for them to complete the work. Each visit became more involved. They did respond quickly when one solution did not work. I really do not have anyone to compare them with. I was happy, overall.

They are not constant when they say they are going to come. They do not always leave the amount that you owe them either. It can get very frustrating.

I hired Mount Olympus Waters to fix my sprinkler system. All in all, I felt they were a good company. They were on time as scheduled and were able to fix the problem. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Their service is very bad. They definitely need to work on improvements.
