These guys were great. They called to reschedule when the weather wasn't warm enough to service the air conditioner. The rescheduled appt. time he was here on time and explained what he would be doing to service the system. He explained my system and answered any concerns that I had. He was very honest about the service needed on my furnace as I didn't schedule that for this appt. The job was performed as expected and all my questions or concerns answered. I would highly recommend this company.

Of all the estimates we received on installing central air in our home the service provided by NextGen was by far the most comprehensive. Rob from NextGen performed a complete analysis of our home and its existing heating and cooling needs. From this we learned that the furnace (that was last replaced in 1996) was about twice the size of what we needed to effectively warm our home. Based on this analysis Rob was able to run numbers on a variety of options for how we could proceed with upgrading our home environment.
When the NextGen installers arrived to perform the work they were extremely friendly, courteous, respectful of our home, and thorough in their work. They stayed late on the first day to make sure that the AC was running, and returned early the following day to complete work on getting the furnace online. We are also incredibly pleased with the job they did in replacing our swamp cooler with a skylight (a service that is standard for them, but that many other companies don't offer). And in addition to everything else, NextGen provides a portion of their sales to animal rescue (specifically No More Homeless Pets in Utah)! We look forward to staying connected to NextGen through the maintenance and support they offer on their systems. We couldn't be happier with how our experience with them has gone.
