MR MARTIN GARAGE DOORS

Everything went very nicely. The estimator did not think some concrete had to be removed, but in fact it did (so the safety features would work), and the installer (Roberto) had a lot of trouble with the very hard concrete, but did not charge extra, and was very nice about it. I am very happy with Martin, they were recommended by a friend and he was right, they are very professional.

The guy who came out, I thought, did a real good job. He was very knowledgeable in his field and is a great guy. I have recommended them to my mom and they did her garage doors. She was also very happy with them as well.

Called them. Estimator came a couple days later as scheduled. Work scheduled for a week/10 days later. Installer did the work as contracted. Had him come back today (a wk later), because door was occasionally sticking. Fixed for the time being, hope forever.

On time, polite, fast, & knew his business.

The person who came to our home was on time, very friendly, conscientious, and did everything we could have hoped for. The actual problem wasn't apparent, but he oiled everything, adjusted the closing mechanism, and checked for warped tracks. He indicated that if the problem returned, we need only call and he would be back to check further. The door is quite old, so we were very happy that someone would take the time to fix it rather than just recommending it be replaced. So far (it's been 3 weeks), the door is closing properly.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. WHEN I CALLED THEM ON ONE THING, THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY, AND IT WAS NOT A SUBCONTRACTOR. IT WAS SOMEONE THAT WORKED FOR THEM. A PIECE OF IT BROKE. THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY, AND THERE WAS NO CHARGE.

THEY WERE GREAT. THEY CAME ON TIME. THEY DID THEIR WORK. THEY CLEANED UP WHEN THEY LEFT. IF WE EVER HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, WE JUST CALL THEM, AND THEY HELP US OVER THE PHONE, LIKE WHEN IT GETS STUCK.

FIRST TIME TO USE MR. MARTIN GARAGE DOOR. THEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. PRICE SEEMED A LITTLE EXPENSIVE. I HAD ASKED FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEATURE WHICH HE COULD NOT INSTALL THAT DAY, BUT NOR DID HE FOLLOW UP.

WE NEEDED A DOOR, AND WE WERE COMFORTABLE WITH HOME DEPOT BECAUSE THEY GUARANTEE THE WORK. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THEY DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO, AND WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE WORK

THE ITEMS WERE PURCHASED AT HOME DEPOT. MARTEN DOOR WAS WHO THE DOOR WAS MADE BY. GENIE WAS THE OPENER. MARTEN DOORS DID THE INSTALLATION. THEY GUY WAS ON TIME. POLITE. HE WAS VERY CLEAN IN TAKING THINGS DOWN AND PUTTING NEW THINGS UP. HE EXPLAINED THE BEST HE COULD HOW ALL THE NEW EQUIPMENT WORKS. WE HAD NUMEROUS PROBLEMS WITH THE OPENER AND THEY HAD TO COME OUT A FEW TIMES, THEN INSTALL A NEW MOTHER BOARD INTO THE GENIE OPENER.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB IN PUTTING IN OUR NEW GARAGE DOOR AS WELL AS THE AUTOMATIC OPENER. THEY GAVE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE GARAGE DOOR AND HOW TO OPERATE THE DIALS.

PURCHASED THRU HOME DEPOT. QUALITY OF DOOR IS GREAT...OPENER IS QUIET. INSTALLERS LEFT GARAGE CLEAN; TOOK AWAY OLD GARAGE DOORS; EXPLAINED HOW WARRANTY WORKS.
