Sometimes it was good, and sometimes it was super poor. Sometimes it was good and other times they were here for ten minutes. It was a package thing so it was around $400 or something I think, and they did a pest thing for $100 or something. I thought it was a bit much, but that was my wife, but hey, if that's what she wants then that's fine. It probably was the going rate, but to me, I thought it was a little high! We didn't have a set appointment, they just came, and that was it, it was fine. It's pretty hard to say punctuality when there wasn't any appointment.

They didn't seem to solve the problem the first time and insisted on a year long contract that will cost me more than one month's service to cancel. They are due to come back at end of September. The sugar ants are still present even with the Home Depot suggested traps. The rats do not seem to like their bait or traps and have been stealing the treats from my traps and outsmarted the mechanisms. The spray on inside and outside of foundation is killing spiders but they were not the original problem.

Great! Experience was just as promised by the salesperson. Service technician knew his stuff, was friendly and explained everything well. The bugs died or packed up and moved away.

I can't quite give an A grade down the line, but they Moxie pest control does get A for effort. I had a problem wasp nest that was built up under the fascia near my front door. It was in a difficult place to treat. The first technician arrived promptly and was very polite. After treating the area he did let me know that it might take a week. At the end of the week there was no decrease in the number of wasps. Moxie does warrant their work, so when I called to let them know that it was not effective, they scheduled someone to come back out in a few days. This time the wasps did seem to be gone for a number of days, but this time they returned within the week. I called again and the first technician was sent out again. Once again there didn't seem to be much of a decrease. When I called the last time the manager was sent out to look at the problem. He gave me a detailed explanation on the biology of wasps as it relates to removing them, and what he was going to try this time. This time the wasps were gone from the area. It was frustrating that it took so many visits, but I did appreciate that Moxie stood by their warranty and kept trying until something worked.

Thorough coverage of all areas, we chose not to have the basement and rest of interior of our home treated on this visit. We have had problems with gophers in border areas of our front yard coming from an adjacent bridle path and opted for Moxies additional services to treat for gophers and moles. The Moxie technicians have treated for these, and have responded very quickly between scheduled visits to provide treatment when required. We have noticed a significant decrease in all pests after having Moxie service. Technicians are very courteous and telephone calls are responded to in a friendly and professional manner.
