Mountain Land Wood

Bid was for a total bathroom remodel.  Was to begin on January 13, 2014, gave a deposit of 1/2 the bid on Dec 7, 2013.  On the morning of Jan 13 called the provider to see what time we could expect them, was told they would be there by 10 am, received a call back from the owner/provider stating he had goofed up and didn't order the supplies and they would not be able to begin until the following Monday.  On the following Monday, no one showed up, called the provider who advised he would contact his workers and call us back.  Never called back, no one came.  Two individual finally showed up the next day and began demo, worked for 3 days, on the 3rd day, said they would be back when we had the flooring.  Called the provider/owner who advised he forgot to order the floor tile and it would take 3 days.  The following week, no one showed, again called the provider who advised again he forgot to order the floor tile.  Three weeks later requested the provider come to the home, met with him and he advised the flooring would be in the following Tuesday, his workers would come up on Thursday and Friday to do the floor tile and return the next Monday to complete the job.  Several more weeks went by before one worker arrived to set the tile, said he would be back the next day to grout and never showed.  Two weeks later another employee showed up and grouted the floor.   Received a call from the provider stating he forgot to order the counter top, took 3 days to get him to order the counter top, was told it would take 1 1/2 to 2 weeks, after 3 weeks of contentious phone messages, emails, finally received an email stating he goofed again and didn't have enough money on his card to pay for the counter and requested we order that ourselves and let him know when it would be installed and he would then return to finish the job. Has been 3 months and job still only 1/2 done.  Provider does not return phone calls, phone messages, text messages or emails.  Always has an excuse for not ordering the supplies, makes excuses for why his workers are not there.
Provider works under the name Mountain Land Wood, Visher Cabinets and Get the Best.  Would not recommend this company
