He listened to our questions and requests as we looked over the areas of our concern.
We had previously had some construction in our home and we were experiencing some sewage odors, as well as a problem with a drain and a running toilet. Not only did Spencer fix our plumbing problems, he educated us about types of drains and which ones drain more effectively.
I would definetly call Millcreek Plumbing any time I had a Plumbing problem.

You will be SO pleased with this company! I'm a plumber's daughter (Dad is 93 so can no longer help me) and it took bad experiences with two other companies before I found Dan at Millcreek Plumbing. I can't say enough good about him and the firm! Being one of the owners, Dan takes pride in his work and in building a family-run company with honesty and integrity. I learned about the company on YELP where they had rave reviews. I had been burned by another Angies List plumber that had an A rating, so this time, I wanted to be more selective.
Dan came out to bid the remodel work, strategized on solutions to a difficult job and gave me a written estimate. After bad experiences with two previous plumbing companies, I was extra careful this time to find a reputable company so this time, interviewed four different plumbing companies. I felt Mill Creek was the best option; they were not the least expensive or the most expensive, but were by far the most professional, from doing what they said they would do, to going the extra mile. I acted as the general contractor on the project, and in scheduling several subcontractors, I had to make sure each showed up on time and worked on schedule. Dan and his assistant were always on time and the one time he was running 15 minutes late, he called. He was always clean, very respectful of our home and just downright nice. What's really impressive is how honest he is also, coming up with solutions that are best for the homeowner rather than just trying to sell extra services. Bottom line, I will not hire another plumbing company--Millcreek Plumbing has earned my trust and respect!
