I have used these folks repeatedly. The first time I use them was because my puppies had chewed up a door frame and some other things. By the time these guys finished you would’ve never known anything happened. I love them and they are my go to for everything.K

Steve from Meticulous Remodel managed our job. He was always very responsive. His workers and subs always showed up on time and did their jobs well. There are a hundred complexities with any kitchen remodel. Steve was always ready and open to talk things through with me and to make sure things got done right. I felt that I got good value for the work that was done. I would definitely hire them again.

We had two jobs needing care; (1) clearing gutters, (2) cleaning and oiling of a beautiful wood front door. Brent from Meticulous was the employee who helped us, and he was first-rate--especially with the door. He was especially skilled and knowledgeable and gave the door some initial sanding and then a treatment which made the grains in the wood stand out. We call on Meticulous for help in many areas, and their work and advice is always first rate.

Thayne, Steve, Fernando and Briggs were fantastic! We used them for a major remodel which included installation of aluminum clad wood windows (in an old brick house), installation of a structural steel beam, putting in a new electrical box, etc. The guys were always punctual, professional, and did quality work every step of the way! They also allowed us to work alongside them, doing some of the demo, clean-up, etc to save ourselves some cash. You really get what you pay for with these guys. They're top notch! They're such great guys, I kinda miss having them around too! We had quite a bit of work done, so they let us open an account and just billed us as we went. They provided detailed invoices for each bill cycle and were very fair with pricing and billing. They weren't the cheapest, but they were definitely the best contractors we have worked with. We will definitely be calling them back for next year's work!

We are very satisfied with the result of our swamp cooler vent removal and repair (the second time this has been done this year by Meticulous, for us: we have a rental house that needed the very same repair to the hall ceiling). Other repair and touch up work executed by Jeff throughout our house went smoothly and looked a ton better afterward. Pricing was very reasonable.

These guys would never get back to me when I needed them. I paid 60% up front and they treated me like crap. I guess my job was too small for them. My advice: find somebody else.

Brent came right on time, got to work immediately, and did such a great job that both the railings and side door never looked better. He was truly meticulous, even vacuuming the grass to pick up the paint chips from the scraping prior to painting! I would hire him again in a second.

Thayne had to cut a protruding tile decoration partially away to install the microwave flush against the wall. He did a very good job preserving the part that showed beneath the microwave. The installation was just fine; microwave in good working condition. He cleaned up the mess afterward. I am very pleased with the work done.

The technician gave us repair versus replacement options that were fair. We decided on replacement. I felt like the communication between the technician and the company that ordered the door was not great -- it took a bit longer than it might have. Also - we were initially charged for that first service call, but Meticulous adjusted the charge after I pointed that out. But on the day of installation, the work was well done and completed in a timely manner.

Disappointing. "Floors by DBI" was awful. One of the worst professional experiences I've ever had. Tom, the flooring rep failed at every aspect of his job and installer ruined most of the flooring and got in yelling matches with me. Was told it could be done in 2-3 days but took 3 months and was told there were no other installers. I felt uncomfortable in my own home. The rest of the job was hit and miss. Spent a lot of time fixing the little stuff I was told would get done. Still fixing the stuff they broke or lost as well. I believe meticulous wants to do a good job but feel they are short staffed for a jog as big as this was.
